FL Beard Life FC Drift Build

Welp, I bought the car from an old old friend in texas. It was already swapped, had a build 5.7 in it, heads cam, nitrous. It was sweet. He blew it up a few years ago, yanked the heads, and bought a z06. The car sat for a few years until I finally convinced him to let it go to me.

I'm pretty sure it has Hinson everything, with the big ole radiator and the sweet fuel stuff. The car was literally built like 7-8 years ago. Along with a built t-56. I started yanking stuff out, engine/trans, all the interior, etc.

It was pretty scary in there while Blue Star Fabrication was doing the cage.

Got all the accessories from the 5.7 over to the 5.3 along with some other FC essentials. As well as a motivational sticker when I'm driving on the street.

Put the motor back in

And started to Party.

Here is a video to go along with the photo. I dont' know how to embed stuff here haha.

Here is a picture after buttoning up the Bay a little bit.

Then Steve and I bought a bunch of crappy Chaser aero and started prepping for Paint.

My wheels showed up in the middle of it all.
Work VS-KF
18x9 -17 and 18x10.5 +1

Back to painting

Ghetto Paint jobs ftw. Single stage, firemist orange.

Steve went with Midnight Purple on his car

Thanks guys!

And yea, my seat isn't straight. Its bolted to the floor and pressed against the cage so I can fit comfortably in the car. I haven't gotten around to it, but I'm going to level it with bigger bolts and some washers.

Thinking about doing something like this, so I can adjust the seat to let my friends drive it, but I'd have to mount it super super low, so my head doesn't bounce off the cage when my helmet is on.

George Marstanovic shortend my little camber things. *They helped a bunch. *I think I'm just going to grab a battle version camber link to pull a little more out and call it a day. *Might even toss a 10mm spacer back there too.

After:

Got some drift spares, but I put some 275 Neovas on them because Steve and I(as well as some others) are going drag racing tonight. *Woo.

How how much did he shorted it by? Thinking about getting that done for my car so I'm not at -3.5 out back.
