91 vert, S4 drivetrain, manual start, wont crank

Im going to provide as much info as i can... 91 vert auto, blown seals. Donor car was an 88 manual and i swapped the entire drivetrain. Yes i swapped the front cover, oil pan, intake and such. Everythings in but it wont crank over. Radio doesnt work either. I followed the writeup on here with the exception that i used the 6 pin connector bottom middle wire to other red wire on tranny.

What i have removed: the a/c... gone. The manual tranny has no fluids in it. Electric fan disconnected. I tried to use a jumper wire from the starter kill relay(black green/black blue) no sucess. I cut the light green/yellow wire on same relay w jumper wire... nothing. The starter has been checked out and the car was operating fine before the swap, so i dont see the ignition as the issue. I have spent all my spare time in the evenings cleaning parts, making sure everything is good, and im at a loss. I am a noob with the rx7 but not a wrench. Please help... where do i need to start the troubleshooting? This has to be a simple issue here. Btw, what are the two green wires and two blue wires on the manual tranny for? I hope this is plenty of info... i have all other electrical working, including reverse lights, but no radio, no cranking. Thanks you all!
