89 GXL trans swap

I have a 1989 GXL FC ready to go for a conversion swap, I have everything needed to go from AT to MT except for the flywheel (which isnt the problem) and the NEUTRAL SAFTEY SWITCH/SENSOR. now I been looking around to try and find the sensor available but every place that says they had in and I ordered it ends up hitting me back the next day and refunding me my money and cancelling my order. Now all I need to do is find that sensor or if anyone knows, can the AT neutral sensor work on the MT??? If not then does anyone know a place where I could buy it for the MT?? Also I do have the original neutral sensor available but I have no idea if its saveable
Neutral sensor on MT
Neutral sensor on MT
this is how it looks.

That switch is NLA from Mazda. Try searching the junk yards or you could probably splice wires to those two cut ends.

or fix it yourself. The switch mechanism almost never fails, it's always the wires that break. If you can solder and have a dremel, you're all set.

No. Here is photo of AT neutral safety switch: https://www.atkinsrotary.com/Transmi...09-19-444.html

There is a remote chance that either a Miata (https://www.atkinsrotary.com/Transmi...1-17-640-.html) or FD (https://www.atkinsrotary.com/Transmi...07-17-640.html) switch would work, but you would probably need to change the connector anyway. These two switches look like the FC switch, but you'd need to check this out on your own. I say it's probably best to reuse your existing switch after attaching new wires.

Actually, the FD switch is NLA, too.
