I like what I see. As I've recently got myself an 86 GXL shell. I pondered the idea of doing a 2jz swap and friends telling me to do a v8 swap.....but I'm doing the right thing, gonna stay rotary. I'm gonna sub this thread and see what you do. Good stuff!

dude this car still has the original purchase papers and everything from 1990 hell i even have the warranty papers when the first owner first flooded the engine 3 months after she got it saying that Mazda changed the egi fuse lol only thing missing is the actual window sticker that came with it

Hell yeah keep the rotary alive!! I had the same thing happen to me when I got my car everybody told me "man if that rotary don't start drop a 350, 1-2jz, sr20, or rb2x in it" but I already have a v8 car and I would have bought a mk3 supra or a 240 if I wanted to do any of the other engines because they drop right in those cars.

And I have found a running automatic 13b out of a convertible I might get it in a few days what do you guys think a good price for it would be? It has 150,000 miles on it. And I'm probably going to the shop and check out their 13b-ts and other engines this weekend ill shoot a video of the place if they let me and if you guys want to see.

im still waiting on the guy that has the vert so i can get his engine, i havent seen my fc in a few days so i went and got the owners manual and other **** and read through it at work when i got bored.

its amazing how much this car cost new and it isnt even a turbo.

i was about to say good luck finding a fc that hasnt been stripped in this area they go pretty damn quick i missed one going into circle auto recycling by 3 days and when i got to it the damn thing was stripped down to a bare frame already, and also let me know if you want any help or anything i live in chesterfield and wouldnt mind helping a fellow local rotary member out at all ill even come over in my 1990 gxl lol
