MI 1990 GXL : low miles ... needing some professional opinion/help

Ok so this is my 3rd RX7... but it's in a condition where i'll either need a lot of help from people on the forum ( Parts & prices ) to make it right.

or I need an honest opinion on a selling price so I can sell this thing, or I see it rotting before anything else touches it.

It's white, with a black Tubro II hood.
72,040 Original miles on the chassis.
about 5,000 miles ago:
-Street Ported Engine.
-New clutch
-New tires
-New rotors + break pads
-3 Inch magnaflow exhaust -header back.

-Has working stock auto-adjusting suspension.

bare minimal rust:
0 rust on the shock/strut towers
0 rust under the wheel wells
0 rust on the frame.
1 rust spot on the body: on the front bumper about 1x2in another on one of the qp's roughly 1/2in x 2in
-2 slight rust on the rockers.

*I have a bomex front bumper/body kit to replace the stock already.

Basically it's ready for real work to begin. I'm not really trying to put the $8,000+ into it that I'd like to, but if I could get enough help with parts I don't know what could happen.

Well the front bumper IMO looks nicer than most body kits. Also, it's the fender that needs replacing not the bumper. So, fix that add a lip. To me, it looks like someone did a crappy rust repair/prevention, but maybe it's just because I'm looking at pics through my phone. The quarter panels are what scare me. I'm not a body guy, but those can be an annoyance and expensive to have someone replace.

What are your exact plans for your fc?

i'd like to beat a 3300 lbs 375-420hp (motor) porsche 911

so suspension lighter than coilovers
a turbo system that will get me to around 350whp
too lazy to build the whole list, but that's the gist of it.

Do you plan on using the turbo 2 drivetrain? (Diff, shaft, etc)

Do you plan on keeping a rotary in it?

If so, 13bt 13bre 13brew? (20b I guess too but you don't want to spend a lot)

If not, 2jz, ls1?

lol what?

it's a rotary.
low miles, high compression.
street ported
3inch exhaust

needs turbo, but what one to reach the hp that i want?
I kind of fell out of the loop, i know some of the sizing for turbos that are suggested, but not much about what manifold/actual turbo to use.
a gauge list+mount options would help too. Also some sort of programmable EMS... i'm not sure how far along the piggy backs have come since 2008 but i'd like to keep options as simple as possible.

too old of a car for a full fledged EMS setup, and not going for outrageous hp, 350whp would be beautiful.
