Thanks! Haha I figured it would make some people not happy, but I really enjoy the smooth S5 lines. I'll be keeping all my S4 parts just in case of course!

Did you clearance the chassis to accommodate the adjustable lateral links since you are using the solid subframe risers, and diff mounts? If so can you show a picture of how much needed to be clearanced?

I haven't because they aren't hitting the chassis, but the car isn't on the ground yet. Once my wheel/tire setup comes the car will be put on the ground so I can fine tune everything. Once that happens I'll update this with what I end up doing

Finally got around to getting the car on the ground, had to clearance the chassis only about 1/2"-3/4" of an inch. I might have to do more depending on how much suspension travel I'll have under spirited driving. If I do, I'll update!

Couple quick updates:
Received new OEM front hard lines thanks to Atkins

Hawk HPS pads and Russel lines for the front

Made some carbon fiber plates for my RE-A mirrors as well. Came out halfway decent, might need to smooth the edges a little but these will do! They don't flow at all with the stock body, but eventually it'll all come together.

Finished all my brakes and suspension! Bled them yesterday, they feel pretty solid.

Finally got to roll it out real quick as well flip it around in my garage. Still pretty rough looking, but feels good to have all the suspension and brakes done.

Hope to tackle all the needed body work and have it resprayed soon.

Nice, I would be interested to see exactly where it needed to be clearanced (if that were a word). But very nice work, I am in the middle of restomoding my car down to bare metal and am currently working on having certain parts for the car to replaced rusted panels duplicated.. then I am on to the suspension, hence my interest. I don't think I will go with the Aluminum Subframe risers, I may stick with Delrin, and mazda comp diff setup... yet to be determined.

Nicely done!

Might rustle some jimmy's with this one - but the car is painted...not white lol.

Even though the car is a 10th anniversary edition, which I feel like I need to keep it in "original" condition - I also wanted to restore this thing my way with colors I like. I decided to go with black!

Quick test fit with my Advan RG's wrapped in 255/40 Advan AD08R's

Mocked up my RE Amemiya spoiler and mirrors

Again - probably wont be everyones cup of tea and might **** off some purists - but all in all I'm very happy with the way this car is coming out. All new seals/moldings next, along with finishing the rest of the exterior.

I'll get full shots of the car soon - bumpers, moldings, spoiler etc are in for paint now.

Still making some slow progress.

Cutting and buffing the body, coming together though.
Restored the headlights and surrounds

Got the rear done, so finally put the lights etc back on. Got some tags too!

Hopefully the rest of the body will be back together this week.

Good work, i like all the work underneath. When you get a chance to drive it in anger let us know what you think of the suspension bits.

I must say im a bit of a purist though and would rather see stock mirrors and wing ha ha.

Thanks! I'll definitely post my feedback when I get to drive it.

Haha someday I might go back to stock, but for now let's have some fun with it!

Picked up some RPF1's for the car. The Advans were too aggressive for what I'd like to do with it! Sizes are 17x9 +35 up front and 17x10 +38 in the rear wrapped in 255/40 Advan AD08's. Front tires will be here next week!

Gotta have at least one shot of the kiddo with the car! haha

Picked up a motor from my buddy, imported S5 swap. It came incomplete, but I had some spare parts laying around and made it almost complete! (hence the S4 tmic lol)

Should go in the car soon!

Any updates on the build? I also have a 10 AE that I painted Porsche Midnight Blue Metallic and went with S5 body parts. That whole rear subframe looks super clean!
