Slow week due to couriers. Shelving and work bench arrived, so I've been able to organise things into their permanent homes. Today I stripped out all the interior and started labeling and pulling the body looms / harnesses, as I will be stripping the wiring harness of all non essential stuff. Out of the 30+ things the car needs wiring for (ecu excluded) I'm retaining only 10, so figured it'd make sense to get rid of the inactive wiring, neatening everything up, simplify it all.

Headlights & coilovers arrived, as did my order from ProBolt, got some gold anodized hardware for finishing touches when the time comes.

Will be pulling it apart some more tomorrow, get it up on stands and ready to drop all the under carriage.

More updates soon.

Got back out there today, removing more gear, got the car up on stands, removed a bunch of factory bash plates, dropped tail shaft and gave all the bolts for the subframe / *** end a good squirt with inox to work its magic overnight. Dropping rear end tomorrow.

Few piccies;

My shelving all set up and holding the majority of parts

BC BR coilovers sitting waiting.

Couple of her up on stands, looking a bit rough

Some decent updates soon.

Cheers.

Also for my American brothers, I'm looking for a full set of crown vics, prefer the SE region, as they'll need to be sent to Landons place in FL. If you know of a junkyard with them, or someone selling them at a reasonable price ( >$200) send me a PM.

Went and got a wire wheel for the die grinder and gave the underneath of the chassis (just the rear for now) a tidy up before re-sealing it all with Dynagrip rubberised paint / stoneguard stuff, looking fresh now ! might give it another coat in a few days.

Another box of goodies today from mazdatrix. Had to nick down the shops for a 1 1/4" socket for the rear drive shafts, made a half a day of it and went to Bribie Island as well.

At a bit of a stand still until the post man comes, only thing on the cards for this week is to strip the rear end into individual components, remove bearings & bushes, clean up and paint / powdercoat the big stuff.

Today's parcel:

Drive shaft nuts.

Front & rear bearings & seals.

Dash demister vents, idiot surround, interior light cover.

Flash to pass and front repeaters.

Can't wait to start piecing this back together, gonna be clean :bounce2:
