My 84 Rx7 is street ported and I wanted to upgrade the exhaust to a bigger diameter pipe and better tip to get the most out of my street port. I was wonder if that causes any issues with passing emissions? I live in ca and early Rx7's are a pain to smog. It barely passes now and don't want to make it worse.

 

what exhaust do u have currently? if stock, then you still have ur cat i would assume. most aftermarket systems eliminate this i believe so maybe u could get a custom one made at a shop to include an aftermarket cat...just a thought.
