Anyone with 1980 wheels that have been redone?

Can you post pics? Mine is a red 80 and I'm trying to decide whether I want to go black or aftermarket, etc?

Waffles? There are several waffler restoration threads on here. Search for "waffles" under titles only.

No, not waffles, the bare aluminum ones. I think waffles were after 1980.

Those on the red car are waffles. The X or + wheels were 81-85. Then you have the 83 LE mesh wheels, the 79 Almex keyholes (featured I think only on Spark Yellow models), and the SA LE wheels.

Sweet thanks for the info. I thought waffles were the later model ones.
