12A Engine Rebuild
Hey guys I'm doing a complete restoration of my 83 GSL and as long as I have the engine and tranny out I figured I might as well have them rebuilt. My first issue is that I can't find anyone local, Rochester, NY or within a few hours who can do it. The second issue is that there are so many rotary engine rebuild places online that you don't know who to trust. So, does anyone have any recommendations or experiences with anyone that they can share. The closer and more reasonably priced the better too! Thanks!!

lol....I actually thought about using the books and doing it myself at one point. I've never done anything quite that extensive before. So I'm afraid if I mess it up, I could end up destroying a good engine.

Hi there -- my name is Don Girven, I live in Scottsville. I've been racing rotary engines over 30 years and could certainly help with a stock re-fresh. Not sure of your time-frame, but I'm guessing with winter coming it's not an emergency! My number is 585-245-2763.
