Tools required for an Engine rebuild

Title says it. Didn't find anything in a search. I've got a decent set of tools, but was wondering what kind of tools I may need specifically for an engine rebuild. Thanks!

aside from the basics, just a feeler gauge set to check clearances and an engine stand mounting tool for rotaries (banzai racing i believe sells this)
oh and obviously a torque wrench but id assume you'd have that

someone correct me if im wrong

You'll also want a Dial Indicator to measure end play when your making the front stack.

Based off memory I'd also say you're gunna want sand paper of varying grit to use in ensuring the clearances are right. LOTS of cleaner.

Consumables.. we used vaseline (and a syringe), pre-mix, and some dyno 10w40 for the stacking, used grey "The Right Stuff" for engine sealant (oil pan, etc.)

I'm by no means an expert... this is just what I remember off the top of my head from when we built a mine last winter.

Need a slide hammer and bearing adapter to remove the pilot bearing. There is a dowel pin puller as well but that is optional.
Thanks

Thanks for the input. I was wondering about a slide hammer. I went ahead and ordered an Atkins rebuild DVD, lol. So far I haven't failed to make it run again but this IS my first rebuild apart from a diesel engine but that doesn't count.

Why Pre-mix during the rebuild?
