New fan motors and blades. These draw less power than old fans and supposedly move more air. Also replaced OE connector with a DT4.

Firewall bulkhead connector plate. Printed in carbon nylon. Added O-rings to seal against the firewall.

Bit tricky to sneak the 4 inch intake to the front of the car but got it done. Should provide nice cool air to the turbo.

SS plumbing for all fuel lines and turbo oil feed. Added a https://www.instagram.com/turbosmarthq/ OPR regulator to keep the turbo happy. Every connection gets a Seco 7 seal from https://www.instagram.com/pegasusautoracing/ to ensure a leak free connection without over tightening the fittings.

2nd pic shows all the tooling required as well as all the mistakes. Definitely time consuming but the I am happy with the final result. One step closer...

More plumbing... Used https://www.instagram.com/earlsperformance/ from https://www.instagram.com/holleyperformance/ 3AN PVC coated line to feed the https://www.instagram.com/motionraceworks/ 4 sensor block. Just missing the EMAP line

Using hardline to feed the @vibrant_performance vacuum block. Was able to tuck the FPR line neatly under the UIM. Also the @turbosmarthq recirc valve line was neatly routed following the contour of the turbo compressor side.
