I am glad to see you got the car repaired correctly. It looks like the shop that fixed it knew what they were doing!

Thanks for the info, have you vac the left and right in white acrylic or just one side.
here's mine, with a led knight rider controller with 15 patterns.
but yours is so much better looking.
I might have to go the vac formed acrylic.

I only have the right side, wanted to make sure it would work before putting in all that bondo work again. What are you using for the light tube? How many led's can that controller drive?

I might make a separate thread on the tails at some point in the future

The tube is 18mm solid core side glow fiber optic led light cable. and 10 red leds on each side of the light tube.
The led knight rider controls 32 led i doubled up the leds so 32 each side, they sit behind the light tube. but i might add more so the controller runs 3 so 96 each side to stop the gaps and i might try your hot glue trick and see if i can diffuse the led hot spots.
