REDBULLSTX life, death, and rebirth....
I guess the best place to start would be at the beginning. This is how my car looked when it finally reached St.Croix. I bought the car with a blown engine for $9500 back in 09. I bout a complete engine off of ebay for 2200 that included a full greddy t78 kit and Power FC. I had to put the engine in, in florida before it was shipped here.

The more i think about all the parts that have been put into this car the more i realize. This car is a paint job and a set of coilovers away from being a FD enthusiast's complete package.
The rear trailing arms and toe links have all been replaced with heim joints. The rear end is a FD case with a FC LSD, and a RX8 4.44 ring and pinion. Urethane diff bushings and motor mounts.
Front and rear suspension techniques sway bars. With custom swaybar bracket/brace.
Garfinkle torque damper.
Tokico and eibach combo.
Brakes are stock with Carbotech pads. Stainless braided brake lines all around.
Engine is a medium streetport with all new seals including RA Super seals
J-spec transmission (shorter 5th) with OS-Giken Twin Plate clutch with push/pull converter.
Single walbro intank, CJ motorsport top feed rail kit with 2 850's and 2 1600's
HKS twin power ignition with FC primary coils. Haltech E6X
Greddy divided manifold with tial 44mm wastegate
Precision 6266 billet CEA turbo
XS engineering FMIC with custom carbon piping. HKS SSQV Blow off.
Greddy Profec B specII Boost controller and greddy turbo timer.
Innovate LC1 wideband
Custom dual 19row oil coolers with stainless braided lines.
Fluidyne FD radiator with Flexalite dual 12" s blade fans.
A bunch of other little things and about 1000 zip ties
The only thing done to the interior is a few gauges and my(outrageously priced) authentic mazdaspeed shift ****.
And a set of wheels are all that is done to the exterior of the car.
I dont wanna think about that list again for a while
Its amazing to sit down and think of all the little things that have been done over the years. And how it all adds up.
