I coudn't find any info on Morgan performance for the Mini V-Mount setup which is growing on me. I really like how it would feed cold air to the turbo and cool off the engine with a vented hood. That may be an ideal track setup. Could you post or PM me info on the kit, please?

I purchased the Nismo wheels for my RX7 but slapped them on my 350Z. The ideal engine for the conversion would be the Type R. Since the warranty is void from the factory being a race engine, it's pretty rare. It would be a better fit being a V6 then a LS3. Add a supercharger in a light weight 7 body for a sweet track car. I don't have the skills and talent to do it though and it wouldn't brap brap brap like your 3 Rotor.

I don't really call it mini vmount.. it might look small in the picture but the core is rated for 1000HP from Bell Intercoolers inc. The whole thing is design to utilize the increase in the height of the engine, short pipings, etc. We shall see how it will perform but so far, everything should be in par to handle 800WHP. If not, we'll just try to optimize.

Thank you! Walker Morgan from Morgan Performance Fabrication did a fantastic job. Some of the custom stuff he does is why I decided to go with him and I'm glad he did.

Let's see what I've been up to...

Friday, I went over to my long time friend, Bryan at bnrsupercars.com to use his sand blast to clean up some suspension parts.

And yesterday, I was pressing on some Powerflex Bushings. I heard great stuff about them and once the old stuff were pushed out, install was a simple hand press in. I was amazed how easy it was since I've installed a set of Delrins in the past. Quality of Powerflex bushing were awesome!!

But I did break something... Lack of sleep and hurry to get the job done, I did this..

Luckily I had a spare

I also decided to refinish my Alcon calipers for this..

Did a pretty good job on one, but other one, I kind of messed up and have to re do it..

Anyhow, Tomorrow, I'm re blasting the one I messed up and re doing it.

Oh Boy.. Don't even ask me about the wheels.. I just went through BS with a wheel company who agreed to sponsor and just pulled out of it after 6 months of BS I had to deal.. Not a good topic... Either case, I have now several sets I can choose from my own personal collection... I'll let you guys know when time comes.

Sorry to hear about that wheel company..... Guess it must not have been a good company to deal with so it's probably better for you anyways... Keep pushing forward...

Normally, I would plaster it all over but for now I'll hold my breath as I don't have much time..

I will however say, I appreciate your comment and I'll PM you to let you know who and which company.. I'm sure they are reading this and they will PM you back telling you some other story as that's what I been hearing from some who read it on my FB.

I'm confused, what is the purpose of an aluminum rack? or a manual rack? Pros vs Cons
I would assume that aluminum is lighter than steel/iron.....But amazing build, interested in what you plan to do with the gauge shroud. ps, next time I am in Bham for work, can I see this beauty?

Well, one of the main reason is for this is to give little more clearance between the rack and the engine. Others like it because of the ratio.

This is Atomic. I need to thank Chip from Chipmotorsports for selling his extra one.
