I will try to get more pics later.

thought I would ask has anyone come closer to making an adapter plate for the t56 transmission to 20b swap? I know some people have done it but no one has made one the that they will sell. I'm having a hard time gettin this thing running without a transmission.

The car is sitting high because it has no motor trans driveshaft diff axles brakes doorpanels dash wiring or gas in it with the 20b, t56, interior etc it will sit lower. The wheels are hre 848r's the cost about $2300 per wheel without tires they are available in custom offsets. The motor is still at rp waiting for Adam heyman to send the dowel pinned rotor housing so ari can fix it. I got a good deal on the magnum t56 I bought it 2500 cash

I sell firearms for law enforcement agencies and title 2 nfa firearms. It's not that I make a ton I'm just pretty frugal. But I do splurge on the car.

we are not doing business with California residents or law enforcement the gun laws are too strict. A lot of the products we sell are not legal in the state of California

WTF... That sounds bad *** man! Yea I'm pretty frugal as well... People always ask me how I afford things.. and I just tell them that I save for things i'm really into..and don't ever spend excessively on a day to day basis. It really makes a difference.

so when are you taking that thing 4-wheeling?

looks sexy though, I've never been a fan of the pettite flares, but they look way better molded in. (race cars are an exception)

thanks Gordon. I wanted to go all out on this car. and still maintain some of its stock appearance which is why i went with the usdm front end and why I molded the pettit flares. when you see them in person they really look stock unless you are use to seeing rx7's which then it will stand out like a dick in a punch bowl. my inspiration was the c6 z06. when you get behind one they look pretty much like a regular c6 to the untrained eye but you look at the wider quarter panels and say to your self I can't quite put my finger on it but something about it just looks a little meaner. I also wanted to go anti-bling but I still wanted to accent the car which is why I'm using flat black as accents( wheel spokes, intercooler and oil coolers exhaust and I'm going to try to black oxide treat my lug nuts also I debadged the car and filled all of the holes

thanks Gordon

so I finally have an update. the motor came back from Ari and just as he thought i put too long of a bolt in through on of the oil injector ports and messed up the housing. I will post pics of that later. I finally got things set up coorectly and put the motor in on new years eve here are some pics so far.

Good to see it finally in the engine bay.

I didn't think you could actually get a bolt through the oil injector holes deep enough to cause damage. What code 20b did the housing come from? If it was a earlier 20b, possibly.... the weaker castings in the housing were a factor? Just food for thought...

What sub frame did you go with?
