My brothers 558hp Fd build

FD3S2005's Build 558hp
This was build and tuned by Crispeed. Just going to copy and past what he wrote on his facebook.

Car features a host of custom products.
The 13B-REW twin rotor powerplant was completely rebuilt and street ported by Crispeed Tuned using all Mazda factory parts. The upper & lower intake manifold were also treated to a full port & polish.
Force induction is provided by a custom Borg Warner from Reed of Work Turbochargers that host a billet 67mm compressor section.
Exhaust gasses are fed via a custom turbo manifold using twin TiAL Sport 38mm MVR wastegates. A custom 4 inch down pipe was mated to the Racing Beat exhaust system. A large 4X12X25 V-Mount intercooler setup that was sealed and ducted is in charge of keeping the charge temps under control. The cooled air then travels via three inch I/C plumbing to a ported TB elbow and modded throttle body. A TiAl 50mm Blow Off Valve bleeds of pressure when the throttle is slammed shut.
Cooling provided by a Fluidyne radiator and twin Setrab oil coolers.
Fuel is provided via 4x2150cc Fuel Injector Clinic injectors mounted via custom fuel rails that are fed from twin Walbro 450 fuel pumps and regulated with an Aeromotive FPR.
Ignition is provided by the factory ignition system backed by a HKS DLI and NGK #10 sparkplugs.
Engine management is handled by a Haltech Ecu Sport 1000 with full Flex fuel support via an ethanol content sensor so Justin does not have to worry about ethanol percentage or the lack of availability. The ecu also is in charge of power management via boost by gear, ethanol content and by the twist of a **** via a trim control. Idle/BAC valve, Air Condition, radiator cooling fans high & low speeds and fuel pump staging also all ecu controlled. The ecu also provides engine safety control via various inputed sensors including a 150psi fuel pressure sensor.
Power was kept right at 558whp @ 20psi due to the constraints of the fuel system.

Sounds interesting. So I assume car is running E85? You mentioned, all MAZDA FACTORY parts for engine build.....does that include APEX seals too? Just curious. Sounds killer. Picture link didnt work for me though . 558hp w/only 20psi boost and stock APEX seals, congrats. Gotta be the E85. That E85 is crazy in rotary I'll admit. Forgiving too the E85, if you know what I mean.

Love to see the dyno sheet on that.
