Thanks, I had them done by a friend of a friend years ago. I have no idea who he had do them.

I'm normally not a big fan of black wheels on a red car, but this really, really works. Nice work.

Installed a RCI Trans Blanket. Not sure these are necessary at all but once I started thinking about it I figured it couldn't hurt.

Got a 4" exhaust made by E-shift Performance, they did a great job and knocked it out fast. The muffler and tip are magnaflow, of course I powercoated them black.

Finally got an engine harness that I am happy with thanks to allrotor. I opened it up and removed everything thats no longer needed. Wrapped it in russell "wrap-it" and DEI fire tape.

Also ordered some dress up parts from http://www.rotary13b1.com/ (added my own twist to the oil cap)

FINALLY got my seats to fit! Thanks to Fritz for selling me the rails for a great price and thanks to allrotor for the heads up that Fritz had them for sale!

That's it for now. Hoping to fire it up for the first time in 6 years very soon.

Thanks for the kind words Gordon. I ordered the seats specially from Recaro with the black stitching and without the shoulder pad because I thought the white would look really out of place. The back is fiberglass on the these so it came gloss black.

Thanks Gordon, luckily my color scheme is pretty easy to follow.

I watched the video of your car starting up since the rebuild, sounds great! I am looking forward to checking it out in person at DGRR.

Wow, this is $$$

Not only in look, but the amount of coin spent. My wife has already cut me off for the year with my rebuild. You have done in one year what I will accomplish the entire life of the car I think.

Do you have any other pictures of the routing of the oil cooler lines. My car came with this kit installed but I want to run everything differenet so I can put the AC and PS back in. That would be of a great help to me!

Thanks,
Mitch

Great build! Is this car coming to DGRR?

Also, I would like to see some more pics of the SSR comps... I'm about to put all 10.5s and also been debating about changing colors on them.

Radial GT: I will try to get some better pictures showing how the lines go when I get the car back from the body shop.

Phil: We'll see about DGRR, its sneaking up on me.

Here are some pictures I took with a 10mm spacer in the rear (don't mind the dust is been a few years since its been washed):

Thanks. You aren't going crazy, my car has the GP Sports kit on it. The upper portion is similar to the 99 spec bumper and the lower lip is more aggressive.

Here is a old pic of the car that shows it better:

Very nice FD man.

I'm normally not a big fan of VR's simply because they're common...usually have tan interior...and just bleh...There are obvious exceptions, and yours is one.

Keep up the fantastic work. I'm loving the pics.

Looking good Steve! Glad that you are getting back into it. My 7's been sitting around. Looking at what you've done is inspiring me to start playing with the 7 again.
