Small update:
I mine underground and the industry is terrible at the moment, but luckily I found a job again! On the plus side that means more money for parts, on the downside that means less time I can spend on the car. I was called out of town for a month with 48 hours notice so the updates will be slow for a bit.
Progress:
*My engine stand along with my pineapple racing adapter plate came in. I'm pleased with both considering it came from harbour freight but it looks like it will do its job just fine.
*I found the RX-7 logo I liked enough to "borrow" for my own car and will be getting it made soon
*Cleaned up and repainted my brake canister to a flat black, hopefully it is less noticeable now lol.
*Sprayed my headlight trim pieces back to new! No more faded, worn out looking plastic
*Began cleaning up the brake cylinder and getting it back to new as well. The O-Ring had ripped, no wonder there was corrosion.
Left to do:
*The previous list and still pull the engine and paint! That will come once I'm home again in 30 days lol.

Not much time to add an update and it isn't organized the greatest but things are getting done. I plan to put everything back together engine-wise, make sure nothing was forgotten and individually restore each piece from that point on. Ideally I'd like to restore everything to as new as possible while its ALL out of the car but I need room in the garage lol.
Progress:
* PULLED THE ENGINE AND PRIMED THE ENGINE BAY! Did the entire pull myself. Went smooth, a little slow having to inch things forward and back han-solo style but it came out fairly easy.
* Next up was paint! Black'd out again to match the car. Looking at the before and after pictures is crazy.
* Test fitted a powder coated piece.. The colour scheme isn't for everyone but I wanted to do something unique. Pictures don't do it justice.
* Powder coated various accessories and brackets. Personally I think it's A+ and original.
* Test fitted the CJ fuel rails and installed new injectors.
* The turbo manifold and turbo hot side was ceramic coated but I chose to just wrap the down pipe and screamer pipes instead using DEI Titanium. It's easy to remove, plus it let's the pipe expand and contract. The car never sees rain so it was the obvious choice.
Left to do:
* Waiting on engine mounts to put the block back in... My NOLTEC MOUNTS looked like pancakes. * Too much to list.
* Powder-coat everything in a blacked out scheme with blue accents (pulleys, brackets etc). * Finish the entire engine bay lol.
