Ok. Im sure im not the first one to think of this or feel this way. But im tired of freezing my but off when its cold outside. plus im tired of the fans on the blower inside the cabin sucking and barely blowing even if its all the way up. There has got to be away around this gay mazda settings for the heat to make the heat blow hot when on the occupants. Also there has got to be a way to make the fans blow harder. Come on people lets put our heads together and see if there is a way to modify this to make it better. I dont really know much about this stuff but Im quick at learning and very creative. Lets see if we can get a diagram and an explanation as to how the fans and heat work inside the cabin. Maybe Change out the guts of the blower motor or change the motor completely to get something that will blow much harder. As well as a way to modify the temp setting to allow the heat to blow as hot as it can. Please I need more heat and i love the car but I want more out of it and I dont mind modifying it to make it work. Lets see if we cant figure out a way to make this idea work. Btw i have a 94fd.

something is wrong with your heater if its not hot. mine is PLENTY hot. and i live in nj winters...


the blower blows through the duct where theres and actuator that controls a flap door. one blocks of the heater core, one blocks off the A/C theres not much more to it...

is your "heat" even hot or warm? maybe your heater isnt plugged in correctly, the heater core is connected to your coolant system. the coolant runs through the motor to help cool the engine then the coolant is then cooled through the radiator. it is also bridged into the heater core (before the cooling) which heats up the heater core. then the blower blows through the heater core and thus you get hot air.. a stronger blower wont necessarily get you more heat......
