Wont make it very far without radiator hoses or coolant. No throttle cable, power steering belt tensioner, air filter, shock nuts, etc.... does not look very ready to me.

That's very red.. I'd be afraid that the paint would chip off as soon as you removed anything to do maintenance.

Check the hose for your fuel pumps in the tank and wiring! As we know Sam/elite lack the proper installation techniques for a proper fuel system. I would double triple check all the work done by Sam/3lite. As his builds are very questionable. As Banzai pointed out the very obvious faults. Lots of shiny parts tho!
