Gotta love friends that you can pay in high fives!

I may just keep an eye out for another HKS for the track.

Wow it's been quite a time since I posted. I ended up blowing an apex seal on the rear rotor. Picked up a complete engine locally, installed it in the car to find the rear housing cracked and leaking oil just as fast as you can dump it in the engine.... Well back out it came!

Teardown of the old engine.

And onto the rebuild of the new engine and a new turbo I picked up from a friend of mine.

The porting isn't too excessive, but hopefully it's enough to make some noise.

Sorry about the lack of updates, been busy with other projects and totally forgot about RX7club.
Anyways here's a quick shot at a local show while supporting Squarespace - Claim This Domain

Since then I've been running the new Borg Warner turbo without a retune, but staying out of boost. Here's a quick shot of it sitting ontop of the Turblown tubular manifold with 3.5" downpipe

The car is now sitting at the body shop in preparation of a full respray. Windows out, moldings being replaced. Everything freshened up on the 20+ year old car.

Elite Rotary Shop battery tie-down and Odyssey PC680 battery should do the trick this time around. Currently I have the battery re-routed to the trunk and just hate the way it's setup. Hopefully this will be the solution to a clean install in a semi-factory location.
