CA EODFD3S' WTF!!!!! Did I get my self into build!

So I bought an FD! (2 years ago I might add).......and never started a build thread. Shame on me.....but alas I have started one!

I have a sweet red 93 touring!

Here's what it looked like the day I bought it. I was so happy because I actually found an FD and since I'm an adult with a job I could actually afford one

https://www.rx7club.com/attachment.p...1&d=1381983776

And the completely stock re manufactured engine....... This did not last long at all to be honest.

https://www.rx7club.com/attachment.p...1&d=1381983776

Now if I could figure out how to post the pictures in the thread and not have them linked or attachments

Anyways stay tuned more to come! We have two years of catching up to do and well its still being built

So I'm updating my build thread tonight after spending a solid 4 hrs working on the FD. And about 2.5 years of much needed updates.

Picked up a set of Rays gram lights.....in black with the red lip. pretty sexy if i must say so myself. Planned on getting them refinished at some point as they have a tiny bit of curb rash......still have not.

They ended up getting wrapped in Hankook Ventus V12 or whatever tires, because I was strapped for cash at the time after buying these bad boys.

Also the windows got tinted all the way around!

Here's a little preview of whats going in, 3574 a cheap manifold and an HKS 40mm wastegate.

Here is a little back story, so awhile back i bought my FD and was super stoked to make a bad *** single turbo monster. About a year and a half ago right before I left for Afghanistan (literally a week before i left) I sprung a fuel leak, some where near the fuel tank. I didnt at the time have a chance to tear the thing apart and find it, so I parked it in my garage. So finally after spending 7 months in what can be described as a giant **** hole I came home and opened my garage and it was gone........WTF come to find out my dipshit roomate put it on a trailer and moved the car to the shop we work at for no reason other than he is a retard.

Removed the stock worn out twins, pulled the bumper to prep for FMIC install and engine bay cleaning as well as greddy pulley kit.

Then I pulled the stock fuel pump out and replaced it with a supra pump!
As you can see the owner before me did zero maintenance/cleaning of parts on the car. There was about a quarter inch of dirt caked on top of the pump hanger in some places.

Also didn't find the fuel leak.

I know right! I would have waited and got a cleaner FD but for a complete stock one with a pretty new reman in it the price was great so I couldn't pass it up and I planned on pulling most of the stock stuff and replacing it so it was basically starting with a fresh motor.
