So I finally managed to get the rear quarters cut and welded and rivet on the Shine feed rears. I am VERY impressed with fitment. With all aftermarket aero there are always some flaws but overall nothing that wasnt a simple fix. Never have I been less then pleased with Ken's products.

 

Finally I got to get some real time in and do some work on the FD... After about 8 hours total I managed to finish stripping the hood (which had 27.3 mills of paint) roof and trunk.. due to deep cracks in the old paint. All that's left is the rock guard on the doors. I now have a new respect for stripping paint....wow.. along with that I picked up some APR mirrors and started some repair work on my diffuser.

 

MAN OH MAN!!! montego blue paint never looked so good... I finally got around to painting my bumper and I am so glad I decided to stay with MB instead of yellow or white. Pics do NO justice but u can see how the chemicals in Waterborne paint make it look pretty crazy before it dries.

 

Well The last piece of Phase 5 was purchased of the weekend! here it is! I took a road trip up to Jersey to hang out with my buddies from Bubble Tech and pick up this bad boy, Authentic RE-Amemiya GTII CF wing. Since the clear coat is faded pretty bad im going to just paint it the same color my taillight cover used to be along with my diffuser sides canards and all that good stuff.. Which is toyota metallic black. You will notice the wood wing stands dont worry they're just mock ups of the real thing Bubble Tech is making for me

In all seriousness though nice build. The feed wide body look is becoming really popular lately but for good reason. Looks great

Anyway your whip is coming out great lots of hard work to say the least! Are you molding in the rear fenders?
