I believe I was one of the last interiors they did. Still waiting on a few pieces to get finished up but looking forward to seeing it all together once it’s done.

Wow! Nice job.
Who painted the car? I'd like to get my VR repainted.

Shoot me a PM. They do great work and reasonably timed. Only had my car for 5 weeks.

What an awesome build and quite a parts list. Love the uniqueness of the twin turbos too. We’ll have to meet up sometime.

Progress is progress! Still waiting for my custom suspension and carbon driveshaft. Finally got it turned over and it is motivational for sure. Still a long ways to go working out fueling, ignition and timing.

Are they done doing interiors already? I thought they just started a couple years ago?

Well it’s been a bit of time… I always forget to make it back to the forum and honestly just not that great with updates once I start making progress. Few updates. Pulled out the T-56 in place of going DCT. I really do think this swap will become very popular once a few more people have it set up and running. Got a few tuning things worked out and was able to let the motor run for a good 30-40min to get everything all settled in. Pulled and redid a bunch of wiring, got most of the interior installed and took it to its first car show Wekfest San Jose. It was awesome to get the car out in front of people and all the awesome conversations about it.

Did a cool little interview with one of the media guys there shooting content. Fast forward to 5min.

still a ways to go to get everything working properly but it’s closer than it’s ever been.

What dct adapter did you end up going with. I am looking to get my hands on one eventually. What do you think of the gearing? It feels that between 1st and 2nd it will be a major rpm drop

I am using the adapter by Neal Adderly. The H7 conversion as Id call it. No matter what it requires a bit of modifications but it’s a very well build/machines kit. As far as hearing there is a long and short ratio version of the transmission. I have not had a chance to drive it around yet as I am still working on tuning but from everything I have seen so far the gearing works great and you get no boost loss between shifts.

Oh my! That interior is the stuff dreams are made of! Bloody lovely.

I mean, the rest of the car is also next level, but something about that interior, sheesus. Perfection.

Yeah I never expected to have the full interior redone… But things just kinda kept a progressing. Last piece is finally finding some seats that fit both the build and quality interior. Proving to be a challenge. I finally found what I want but they are super expensive.

Love the Alcantara roof liner. Seeing those CCW classics makes me miss my old set.
