hahah it really depends what you consider "Done"... my engines all good i just need to hook up one more oil cooler line that i just got in the mail... install the steering wheel and a seat..... put some fenders on ect. but ill be rocking a non vinyl'd rear bumper for now since im still waiting on vinyl to come in the mail =( but my tune is tues. i HATE the stress of getting the car running only 2 weeks before deals........ fml.

The plan is to have the car there. I should be starting it this weekend. Then I will have to work on the rest of the details.

In my opinion the front lip and feed side skirts should be black......they are overkill when they are colormatched with the car

i kinda agree. i think the feed skirts are def overkill in white but ill do it just to entertain everyone and see how they look. but i REALLY like the 99 spec lip in white... makes it look like an aggressive bumper vs just a lip...

loll i thought about it but the 3m vinyl is ugly. i have the 1080 which is shinny vs the 3m dinoc cf which is matte.

 

BAFNHIAN so much fail today.

put the 99 spec skirts on, and my tires dont clear them... effing 255's. fail.

mounted the mirrors. HUGE FAIL. couldnt even SEE the mirror. it was hidden behind the a pillar.......................

so the only win of the day....... Mounted them on the fendersssssss!


temp set up. front bumper lip and skirts are spray painted. so is rear bumper but its still not on yet... need to get the car running for tune on tuesday so as long as its drivable im okay with it. ill finish vinyling it this weekend/./...ggahehm

ps the stance SUCKS. its so high because the 255's in the front rub. i really fcked up on that one.. one thing i HATE about the 99 spec front is the lip sits so high............. might make a splitter or something to make it appear lower...

How is that a lame excuse? Yes there were other cars at the shop, and no I couldn't "borrow" one. I dont see your logic in this comment, even if there were, it is other customers cars... I think thats very unethical to be taking parts off a customers car so another customer could "borrow" it for a tune.... how would you feel if you left your car at a shop and they let other customers "borrow" a part off your car..... Thats a shaddy shop if they do that.
