The solenoid is right behind the vacuum chamber tank. Make sure the connector with the white dot is connected to the solenoid with the white dot, if the dot is missing, connect the connector with the white dot to the solenoid that is on the driverside (LHD). I hope this help, let me know how it goes.
Hey Jason killer build! I actually just bought a bw s362, and was doing a very similar build (how I stumbled upon this thread). Was wondering if it was possible for you to email me or PM me. Going to follow this thread and sort of follow in your footsteps if that's alright. I'd like to get your contact info in case this thread ever gets lost lol! Let me know. Greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work!
3/11 another minor update
*362sxe project put on hold until end of this year
-heat shielding and barrier for the ic piping and the smic
-weather stripping to seal off the smic duct
-denso race plugs (yay for no more ignition break up under boost, hope they last longer than the NGk platinum plugs
-replace the hks mushroom foam filter with k&n filters
-replace the torn exhaust ground
-replace some of the ic coupler with expandable hump
-replace some of the worm clamps to all t-bolt for the ic piping
-did an oil change with idemitsu 10w30 oil
-finally bought a premix kit, so i can stop being lazy on pre-mixing.
No more excuse! Lol .__.

Everything put back together
Daytime pics with everything put back together.
That's quite the liberal application of gold wrap there. I'm not sure if the IC hot side should be wrapped, if the air charge is hotter than ambient temps. The intake on the other hand, probably should be wrapped.
Nice! Does the supernow rear hook require the stock rear tow mount to work? There's an extra stock bracket that's not on all of them for some reason.
does not require stock tow hook

I still have a lot of heat reflective tape left. I just half *** with the wrapping :/

Update: A bit of bad news, I accidentally beached my FD on my driveway again and ever since then I had very noticeable exhaust leak and smoke coming from the engine bay area. I was hoping I have damaged my downpipe, but after replacing my downpipe, I still have same noticeable exhaust leak and smoke. I was able to isolate the location of the smoke and it was coming from turbine housing on the primary side. It seems like the twins are officially done. Hindsight is always 20/20, I should have focus on the single turbo conversion instead of rushing to get my car somewhat track ready with the twins.
I've heard it called high-siding before, too. When there's a ledge or change in grade, long and/or low vehicles can become stuck or scrape underneath when the ground "rises up" under the car.
Happens to big rigs on train tracks.
damn dude ;( and you just got it tuned too.
what did you mean by you beached the fd lol
oh if you move onto the single built. I'll gladly take the blitz smic and duct off you ....
Narfle nailed it lol. It's an RE-Amemiya SMIC with a pettit racing duct. I will be parting out the twin turbo stuff soon.
