From Basic to a potentially disasterous build...

Another member name Jason with a FD.
This seem like the common theme lol.

Anyways, here is some history about me and my FD. I started out with a FC Turbo II back in 04 and sold it back in 2010 (Still regretting it). Went on a 4 year haitus on rotary, going thru a bunch of different cars, and finally back on the rotary game. Finally achieving one of my many life goals. I purchased my 93 touring FD back last June (2014).

Here are some info on the car when I purchased it back last June.

93 Touring FD
53k original miles (rebuilt motor at 44k miles)
Mods:
Hi-Tech dual tip Cat back exhaust
Apexi T-Maxx shocks
RB sway bar
AST delete
Slotted rotors
And god awful rota wheels @_@

-Finally decided its time to go single and stop jimmy jacking around.
-Part out begins
-S362SXE coming soon...

The first thing I did was the basic maintenance: Oil change, plugs, wires, accessory belts, fpd fuel filter, trans and diff fluid.

My attempt on the replacing the FPD. My attempts were futile and end it up having a shop to do it. (Got the FPD, Injectors, and OMP line replace in April of 2015)

After a month driving around on the rotas with stretched tires, I decided to get new tires for my chrome stock FD wheels that was suppose to go on my FC. (215 on 17x9 = no bueno! Not about that stance life)

Just pics of all the part just sitting in my garage waiting to be installed.

Then more parts! Not really, just got some used set of stock injectors that I bought off of a member on here.

Sent them to RC-Eng to get them cleaned and tested.

4/15 - After 3 weeks sitting in the shop just to change the injectors, replace the FPD, and OMP lines and $700 in the hole, I finally got my car back and ready to be worked on again. *I should have taken a week off of work and did the FPD, Injectors and OMP myself, oh well!*

Let the Transformation begin! (not really)

Yup, thanks for looking out tho.

That hose came with the fuel pump and it was initially attached to the fuel strainer to the pump. (I had to purchase an OE style strainer, the R33 style strainer will not work).

Here some small updates and progress.

I finally got some time to fix the oil pan leak and replace some motor mounts and steering rack bushing.

Engine Support bar in place and ready to drop the subframe

Taaddaaa subframe out!

Without the subframe, I shouldn't have let the steering rack hang like that.

The old oil pan, it is warped and look at that terrible rtv job.

Oil pan-less

Oil pan brace and steering bushing!

FFE Street mounts

New oil pan and brace is on!

And motor mounts too!

Steering rack bushing
