It took all of about 2 hours to get the old one out and the new one in...not that I've pulled an FD engine out the top before but this way seemed like a no-brainer and was dead simple for anyone that's contemplating it.
After centering the rack and hooking up the shaft all the suspension clearance issues went away. Now it'll be just getting 2-3" of wheel travel and some guard clearance!

With the engine now in place I can start to mock this up.
I've got to say I'm not overly impressed with the quality/finish - I expected a bit more for the money but it does look as though it'll do the business.
It's 18 x 11 x 4.5 so going for a v mount set up. Will be trying to offset to the passenger side as much as possible to enable CAI down the drivers side (reverse those if you're reading from LHD land).
