I have the car 85% done. I am very frustrated with my car because I traveled clear accross the country to buy it a new engine and lots of new parts, and it won't give me any spark. Also I my fuel pump is not turning on while the key is on. Any help or suggestions? Fuel pump is brand new as well.

 

First thing you should do is do a search to download the service manual. Once you get it, go through the troubleshooting steps for spark plugs and the fuel pump. Then report back what you find if you still haven't found the problem.
