Nevertheless, you are the one here trying to defend yourself against at least one unhappy buyer, so if you know so much why is that the case? If you are the self appointed master of reading comprehension and communication, why does this thread exist? IF you were half as smart as you think you are, this issue would have been handled differently, by you, before it got to this point.

Yes, it clearly says in the first post that

1) you never sent your buyer any PM's

2) at one point you went 2 weeks without replying to the buyer's PM

"At least one unhappy buyer..." I'm sorry, is there a second or third somewhere in this thread that I missed? Don't think so chief. The rest of your post doesn't even make sense. If I had better reading comprehension, this wouldn't have happened in the first place. No, if the UPS clerk didn't have the mental capacity that you show, none of this would've happened.

It very clearly says in my reply that:

1.) I've got 12 in my outbox that I can forward to anyone who's interested. Those are just the PMs to Str8ryd, I have more from when I talked to Sonicrat.

2.) The longest he went without hearing from me was 10 days. I don't know what world you live in, but 10 days does not equal two weeks. I see you're counting skills aren't that hot either, I'm starting to wonder if you went to school at all? That aside, even the 10 days he didn't hear from me was because I was waiting to hear from him. Once I did hear back from him, I continued to try to resolve the situation, as evidenced by my pms, which again, I'll forward to anyone interested.

So, this thread has seemingly gotten a little out of hand. I kinda expected it though....

It's also kinda funny how your "spotless" reputation seems to follow you around anywhere you go. If you're such an asset to this community why is it you have some very respected and long term members ready to and apparently willing to rip you apart? Doesn't add up too well to me. Oh, and before you decide to say it, my math skills are not poor by any means.

BACK TO TOPIC:

XxMerlinxX: My gripe with you was never about the situation. It was about how you chose to handle it. I was going to take back the part about you being "dishonest", but it's no longer necessary. You proved to me I was right.

STOP lying to everyone here. You NEVER EVER EVER EVER PM'd me first. EVER! Is that clear enough for you? Not ONCE! NEVER! It was always me who initiated first contact. I also clearly stated in my OP that you did respond right after I PM'd you, but NEVER before I decided to do so. I consider that a HUGE lack in a seller's responsibility! Which is why I called you irresponsible.

I didn't think I needed to break all this down for you (Since you are obviously more intelligent than me and everyone else on this forum), but if you continue to get confused, I'll continue to break it down!

This WHOLE situation would've been resolved a month ago had you let SonicRat send me my part, and I send him his. After the initial screw-up you should have realized that UPS, atleast your store in particular, is severely lacking in proper customer service and shipping skills.

I was willing to trust him, why weren't you? In the end, it's extremelly ironic that SonicRat is sending me my part anyways. 1 month later and we're at the same point we were back then.

I'm sorry, but I give you very little credit in how this situation turns out. Even if I do get my part, it wasn't YOU who did much to get me it. It was the other party involved. Funny how you so quickly went from labelling him as a potential scammer to now being the guy who is your savior. Without his assistance I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY doubt I would have gotten any part back or even any money.

It at least shows you care and you offer some sort of sympathy for the screw up that happened with UPS. This is just pertaining to you not contacting him and him Pming you first to get a reponse, I think that that was one of his gripes. Not saying you didn't do anything helpful at all to rectify the situation.

Just some advice perhaps for future reference, you should take your shipping service elsewhere. That way you can avoid having them paste the labels on the wrong box and prevent a mess like this happening.

Good luck to both you, I doubt there will be any future business done between you two, but at the very least maybe you guys can leave this thread having a understanding for one another and still maintain some sort of respect for each other.

EXACTLY! XxMerlinxX keeps missing this point. He truly feel he thinks he was in the right not contacting me. Like I said in my OP, this situation and my response to it would've been much much different had XxMerlinxX been the one contacting me with updates and not the other way around. At some point, I even felt bad constantly PM'ing him for updates since I never once received them without myself asking.

This issue was never about the time, the money, or even the mix-up. It was about how XxMerlinxX conducted himself with me. I've waited for parts for sometimes close to 1 year. I can be VERY patient. Hell, I've been waiting on parts from 3 different sellers that have all taken over 6 months. No big deal. You know why? Because they keep in communication with me. They treat me respectfully. They understand I'm just a concerned customer and it's natural. That's why!

You on the other hand, treated me like the bad guy for getting a little upset when the situation and ESPECIALLY your comments warranted it. I never wrote out the words I want a refund, but me saying for you to file a claim, means I expect my money back. I didn't think that was too hard to comprehend. The fact that you straight-up told me I'd be out the $50 and that I'm being scammed by SonicRat is what started this. NONE of this was my mistake. I repeat N-O-N-E of this was my fault. Even if it wasn't directly yours, you still had my money and I had no part. Aftfer I got upset with you for the above two comments, you started acting like the XxMerlinxX everyone is gettin' to see in this thread.

You tell me I'm making a fuss? WTF ? Did you not read that quote posted on page 2-3 of this thread regarding your transaction with Akiradtk (?). You BLEW up on him, publicly I might add. I kept this all to PM's up until the point you decided you didn't give a **** if I posted a negative thread about you and requested me to go forth with it. Apparently, when you're in the situation I'm in you take it even further, but I'm not allowed to voice my frustrations when I'm in an equally retarded and ridiculous situation????

To Charlies7, Goomba, and 7 Rocket: All three of you are stand-up guys in my book . Charlie, I know personally. He's a great friend and an even better person in general. He takes care of me and I have always tried my best to do the same. I doubt he'll ever have a negative thread about him posted because he is always willing to do the right thing. ALWAYS!!!

Goomba and 7 Rocket: I speak to both quite frequently and they are both great people. I've never met either personally, but I'm sure if I did my opinions would be further solidified rather than changed! Goomba is just as fed up as me with theives and scammers, which is why he's soo vocal in this section. I actually appreciate and respect him for that. In fact, him Goodfella and I were the first three to discover that ChitownR1 was using multiple usernames to scam people on this forum.

You all need to get over whatever differences you have. We're all on the same side here (The good one ). Just give each other the same level of respect you'd expect to be given and your issues with each other will fade rather quickly. I.E. No more name calling

It's also kinda funny how your "spotless" reputation seems to follow you around anywhere you go. If you can find another negative seller post somewhere, I'd love to see it. If you're such an asset to this community why is it you have some very respected and long term members ready to and apparently willing to rip you apart? Because I'm not opposed to calling out these very "respected" and long term members when they act equally stupid. Kevin's pissed because I offered my opinion in his most recent negative seller thread. Phil has his panties in a twist, probably due to the most recent fiasco where he stole a tuning session right out from under Brian Cane and I called him on that. Goomba has some sort of crush on me apparently and Frank's piping up because his friend Gonzz, who also made a spectacular appearance here, got shredded in his own negative seller feedback as well. So if these people are what you call "very respectable", I'm glad I'm not counted among them. Doesn't add up too well to me. Oh, and before you decide to say it, my math skills are not poor by any means. That remains to be seen considering you were spouting off about this taking over 2 months in another thread.

BACK TO TOPIC:

Oooooh, aren't you Mr. Badass. If you want to start getting an attitude, how about you breakdown the PM from 7-12-07 for everyone? Gee, I do think that was me letting you know what was going on and what I was doing, without you having to contact me first. You even replied to it the same day, which I in turn replied to like I did with ALL of your PMs. That went on during 7-12, 7-13, 7-14, 7-16, 7-18, and 7-19. So how exactly is it that I didn't keep in touch with you??? Did I not answer every single one of your PMs? Did I not answer them the same day?

Why should he have to pay to ship it to you? UPS had the return label. It wasn't the store here that screwed up the second time, it was the store on HIS end. Because I don't know him. I've never talked to him before, I've never seen him post, and there are plenty of long time members on here who have screwed people over, so post counts and join dates aren't a good way of judging character.

Without his assistance I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY doubt I would have gotten any part back or even any money.

LOL!! you sure are the mature one to start name calling me again.. LOL!

Think of it like this.. Karma sucks! I knew one of these days either your engine will blow and you'll cry about it like a little bitch or someone else was going to bitch about you.. And obviously my guess came true (YEAH!!).

You know why you had to do sell your possession on the very forum??, because you are a little ******* kid who thinks your some bad *** know it all.. Go look at your posts dumb ****! You got banned because you acted like a punk *** kid! Bottomline! Go back to school, stop working at that Blockbuster in no where SC and go play on your little computer and jack off on some internet ****.. Obviously when you worked there, you didn't learn **** about customer service.. LOL! How funny some little kid who tried to teach me and others about customer service is now dealing with this situation.. Grow the **** up! Sell your ******* FD and move on... I'll give you 5k for it how it sits.. LOL! Ok.. 6K!!

And FYI... I wouldn't **** around with Chris (rx7goomba).. you might have big mouth on the forum and have internet ***** but I bet $10k that Chris will **** the **** up if he meet you in person.. I know because I met Chris in Cincinnati back in the days when I was living there..

Hope to see you at some events in SE!! Nopi, DGRR, Speed4sale event, etc.. Let see how you talk in person... But my bet is you'll stay in your tiny *** town and try to impress your little high school friends.. LOL!

Riz, Just get your money back and I'll help you try to find one for ya.

Me nor Phil (Herblenny) threatend this kid. He's one who decided to step up and act like he's gonna come to DGRR last year and see Phil about this problem. Thats why he got banned. Hopefully someday he'll sell his car and be gone.

I have to disagree that age has anything to do with the level of maturity a person displays. Once you're 21, you should 100% act like an adult in any and every situation. From selling items to debating a topic/ideas... even in an argument like this... a certain level of maturity should be displayed by ALL AGES...

At 22, I personally believe I handle situations much more maturely than quite a few of the "veterans" on this forum, 28+ or not...

Glad you think so.

Think of it like this.. Karma sucks! I knew one of these days either your engine will blow and you'll cry about it like a little bitch or someone else was going to bitch about you.. And obviously my guess came true (YEAH!!).

I own a rotary, of course it's gonna blow eventually. (YEAH!)

You know why you had to do sell your possession on the very forum?? No, tell me why I had to do... sell... something. I don't know what you're saying., because you are a little ******* kid who thinks your some bad *** know it all.. I'm dumb? Speak English. Go look at your posts dumb ****! You got banned because you acted like a punk *** kid! Bottomline! Oooooh, sure told me. What was that about name calling? Go back to school, stop working at that Blockbuster in no where SC and go play on your little computer and jack off on some internet ****.. I know you don't speak it too well, I didn't know you couldn't read it either. I haven't worked at Blockbuster in over two years and that's the whole reason I'm here is for school. Thanks for the concern though! Obviously when you worked there, you didn't learn **** about customer service.. LOL! Obviously you're an expert. LOL! How funny some little kid who tried to teach me and others about customer service is now dealing with this situation.. Grow the **** up! Sell your ******* FD and move on... I'll give you 5k for it how it sits.. LOL! Ok.. 6K!!

LOL! How about you take that $6k and go buy yourself some English lessons! LOL!

And FYI... I wouldn't **** around with Chris (rx7goomba).. you might have big mouth on the forum and have internet ***** but I bet $10k that Chris will **** the **** up if he meet you in person.. I know because I met Chris in Cincinnati back in the days when I was living there..

Oh yeah, I'm soooo scared of that little ***. He already got his *** beaten once, saw the pics, remember that Goomba? How 'bout you post THAT picture up. Were you the one that did that to him? Getting a little too rough in the bedroom?

Hope to see you at some events in SE!! Nopi, DGRR, Speed4sale event, etc.. Let see how you talk in person... But my bet is you'll stay in your tiny *** town and try to impress your little high school friends.. LOL!

You can come down here and I'll give you English lessons myself, how 'bout that? LOL!

Riz, Just get your money back and I'll help you try to find one for ya.

LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL!

See, that right there proves all you want to do is stir **** up. Can't add anything to the discussion at hand, can't comment on any of the points made on either side, all you can do is puff out your chest and try to make others look bad. Great posts from such a "well respected" member.

At 22, I personally believe I handle situations much more maturely than quite a few of the "veterans" on this forum, 28+ or not...
I hear ya....but I guess the point I was trying to make was once you are older you have more to lose if **** goes down in a fight, and I guess you have to really pick your battles. Where I'm from you don't see too many fists flying around, you're gonna see barrels....
