He said he could pick up the wheels i was selling tuesday night, he only lives 10 min away he says

doesnt come that night

i say, no problem, come next night

Wed night, he says ill be there, of course, yea, for sure.

Doesnt show, or respond to text asking where are you.

Then i say thanks for flaking, then he says, his gf has the car, so he cant make it.....

Idc what your issue is, if you have one tell me, if you ignore me all i can do is assume youre flaking.

so i say, ok, paypal me a deposit so i know youre serious, he sends me 30 out of the 100.

Next day was thursday, me "hey you gonna be there tonight"

"yea man! ill be there"

Doesnt show again, or respond. i call and tell him, stop being rude and blowing me off. this is ridiculous, if you live close, come get them. stop making excuses.

the whole time hes going, yea yea, yea yea , ok, yea yea.

So saturday comes, I told him only between 10-2 afternoon he can come.

He says perfect.

1 comes around, i text him, you coming?

yea he says, i say ok when, soon he says, ok when is soon, 5 min or 1 hour, he says 1 hr.

4 comes around, i have my friend whose house the wheels are at call him, and basically bitch him because im not in cali anymore, im the middle man between the buyer and the person whose wheels the house are at. Im the seller though

So i fell asleep, come to find out, he sends a buddy to get the wheels, doesnt paypal me the rest like he said he would, that same day. and here i am 70 short, after almost a week of jerking my chain saying, yea ill get the wheels tonight, yea ill pay you right now, then not paying.

So im partially at fault for letting my friend let go of the wheels without asking me if he paid.

he still stole my ******* wheels willfully knowing he did not pay, and he said he would pay last night when he got home, i text him at 1 am, you home? no response.

text him 4 times this morning, 1 hour apart each text, you home, where are you, wheres my money. then he responds, yea im home, ill pay now. 3 hours later, no payment, he has my wheels, and i cant do ****.

can we get this guy banned?

am i being ridiculous?

I have never treated any member like this on the forum, i have a good trader rep, and i will never act like this towards another member.

So just to ask, do the mods think its ok for this guy to continue on here, being shady, and stealing, or am i just being a little bitch for wanting someone to communicate simply, not be ignored, and ask for only what was agreed upon, which is $100 for the wheels, when i only have 30.

im seriously pissed right now btw, idc if you guys think 70 is nothing. i dont do this **** to members, so i will not accept it from anyone else.

oh and also mods, please ask yourself, how would i tolerate/deal this guy if i was in ramos position.
