january 1st 2008. payment of 200$ sent for a greddy profect B specII
he gave me his phone number to contact him if there was any probblems.

recieved it shortly after payment was sent.

he e-mailed me a day befor i recieved it stating his gilfriend sent the wrong one. it infact was not the one that was in the picture. he stated that a friend dropped off the black one and his gf packed and shipped the wrong profect. it did not include the solenoid.
i said not to worry and to just shipp the solenoid.
january 10th he stated that his gf was not able to send out that day and would be sending it out the next morning.
i got ahold of him on the phone yesterday and he said he was su prized it was not here yet and that he would talk to his gf since she had the tracking number in her car. he said he'd call me right back. he never did.

after quite a few voice mails and text messages i am making a paypal clame for the price of a solenoid. $168.68

who sells things and leaves it to other people to ship them? I can understand if maybe he was in Iraq or something, but damn...wait until you can get home before selling **** so you know it's going out right, otherwise you're just begging for your reputation to be **** on.

i am currently not able to reply because i am having a hard time logging in to personal messages.

a small parcel is no excuse for not having a tracking number.

he is still not answering my phone calls. or e-mails. or paypal claim. even the slowest mailing does not take over 7 days.

Second, you own an FC. That isnt a "super fast" car, dumbass. It's an FC. Turbo it, go with the FMIC, there is still only so much youre gonna get out of it. And lets face it, you clearly dont have the $$$ to make that car "super fast", because here you are bitching like a little girl about $30!

i will not accept this cheep 50$ solenoid. i dont trust it. i dont want a cheep china made part.
i am perchising a solenoid with wire harness for 86 from another member. i refuse to take the 50$ solenoid. could be broken. could be inacurate. could be leaky. why would i want that? i wanted the one that you originaly were sending to me. and if your stupid *** gf cant follow your "slang" instructions all halla acha. rofl. then maybe y ou should put a post it on her forhead or take care of it yourself?

 

so your getting my calls? so answer them. dont ignore me. btw i sent the money on january 1st. and he said his gf sent out the 2nd part of it on the 11th. and its the 21st and its not in my mail box.
paypal claim is closed due to it not being an ebay item so it cant be filed as "item not as described/ missing parts" but i called and talked to them and it is still in my favor for a refund.
his acount has been marked with a bad strike.

 

just putting this out there on the 11th i shipped out injectors to be cleaned and such. and he got them on tuesday in maryland and i got them back by friday shipped fedex there. and priority usps back. i got them back 7 days after i shipped them out. soooooooooooooooooo.
for a solenoid to take more then that time ot have all that shipped there and back..... hmmm somethings up

he did ship it some time after 4pm pacific because he texted me at 6:15 central time notifying me of the tracking number and such.. most likely it will not be in the system till 6am in the morning.

Funny--you got called out because you werent handling your business. Your only response is to come in here and insult everyone. And when a mod steps in and says "everyone keep this on track" you arent even smart enough to realize that he was referring to you just as much as anyone else.

issue resolved. i have not tested solenoid yet though i do not know how to , but i did get the solenoid with wire harness and male and femail end of clip (as requested)

over all despite the mistake. the issue has been resolved in a timely manner. over all he is a good guy and did keep me posted with update of information when requeted with acception of the loss of contact while reqesting the tracking on the lost item
i still have not seen that item. i have called the post office to see if its there.
