In April 2007 I paid Mark Aguiar aka RX7project $1300 for a Series 8 4.33 JDM rear end and a Series 8 JDM Tranny for my FD. By May he shipped the rear end. I received exactly what he promised. However I have yet to recieve the Tranny! Almost 2 years later.

I have been patient and every time I called him, he asked for more time. I am done waiting.

I would suggest any of you who may be doing business with him to cease!

Mark, you have 1 week to send me my money or a genuine series 8 jdm tranny in the condition you promised me.

FYI I have all transcripts from pm's as well as copies of the 2 money orders I sent you. If you don't remember the second one was when you didn't have the cash to ship me my rear end. I should have known then something was wrong.

You will be served and sued. I already have contacted an attorney.

please PM me the address you sent the money orders to, this may be a member who was banned for scamming and has returned. It may not, but for some reason something seems a little familiar about all this.

Consider the word "mark", and imagine if someone wanted to alter it to read "mario" on a money order. Probably wouldnt be too hard to do. Ive seen this kind of thing before.
