Angry (rant) Megan Racing

Fning megan racing, I bought an H- Brace for my bros civic for x-mas on Dec 13th and have still not seen it. I called a few times and was told it was shipped but they don't know when then I sent them this email to wich I got no response.
I ordered an H brace on 12/13/2007 from Megan Racing it’s been over a month and I have still not received it. I called two weeks ago and was told that it was shipped out but you didn’t know when it shipped. This is ridicules, I have never experienced customer service this poor. I wish to cancel my order and want a full refund.

my order number is 3957, the full amount was $84.99

I will be calling this week if I do not receive a response.

I just tried to call them now and the phone just keept ringing I will try agin in an hour but this is fning rediculous I just want my money back now.

moral of the story don't buy anything from megan racing. :headbang:

Um... I've spent over $6k on a certain (un-named) website going into a turbo upgrade this winter. I still haven't received all the bits from one of the orders I put in at the beginning of November.. At this point the turbo's are done being built (had a back order on turbine's) and are about to get shipped my way. I expect to receive the remainder of my first order along with the turbo's..

It's now three months later and I paid for the order three months ago..

Your situation could always be worse ;-)

Chances are when you get a hold of them they will get it sorted, ask for a tracking number and if they are the type of company that likes to keep customers they will probably give ya something extra for free (and/or upgrade the shipping to get your part there soonest)

next time go with a reputable retailer who deals with megan stuff instead, imo.

From your email it looks like you ordered this part from a third party site, so why the animosity towards the manufacturer?

I said "from Megan Racing" because the number they have on there site is to there parent company and I was transfered over.

my friend ordered a megan racing catback a couple of months ago. it was for a galant. needless to say, it took over a month and a half to get here, and it was scratched up, and wasnt a great fit. decent looking and all, but could've been way better.
