paypal won't get you any money back.

unless of course he never transferred it to his bank and its still sitting there.

paypayl claims are really only useful for ebay purchases.


it took a long time and lots of bugging, but i got my stuff eventually. but ya, probably best to avoid him....and half of the other members that sell on this board lol

No proof of shipment, you get your refund back. Trust me, I've been screwed over by people for shipping stuff with no tracking number, they get it, claim they didn't, bam they get their refund.

Just happened this past week or so.

 

Also not the thread jack but since it pertains to him, Got in touch with him yesterday, said the wheels will be out today or tomorrow, said he'll call me around 2-3AM my time and let me know.

He won't answer my calls. I told him if they're not out by wedensday I'm calling his local police department and letting them know he's been scamming people.

 

I also told him if he doesn't make an effort to contact me by tomorrow I'm calling the PD. If you want to also I will give you all the info and stuff. Let me know through a PM.

i actually bought a car of him. ive meet him in person many times.

he seemed like a good seller.

alright, so it turns out i myself got ripped of by chriss OOJKOO for 1300 bucks along with other ppl...

but we got somethign going and ill keep you updated.. so any one that has been scammed by him hit me up.
