???? The address I provided to the PD does not exist so they ask me to find more info on him. He clearly doesn't live in Niotia nor his mom. I know he dealt with some people on this forum so I need his info on the package.

 

Is it me or people are turning the other way when this guy scammed me out $300? I know somebody in here has bought or sold something to him. If you want to let scammer have their way in this forum than **** it.

i swear how did u ever come up with me living in philly tn and that my mom would have anything to do with this???? i have never lived in philly its very small and i drive through it about once a month. and i havent spoken to my mother or and relatives since 2003 so how u got these crazy ideas i will never know.and who told u that the addy in niota isint really? because they are lying. i used to live in niota but i have moved to a new place months ago now. i was moving to florida but that didnt work out here is where i live.

So what you're trying to said is that you ship the stuff without any prove nor tracking # and it's my fault? Would you mind answering the email that my local PD send you, it have my # and theirs too. I been on this forum for a long time and there's no record of me ripping anybody off nor attempt such thing. Since you're man enough to come here I'll give you another chance to make it right, by either refund my money or send me the E6K.

iv already sent the e6k and no im not saying its your fault but its not mine neither its the great oll us post office. and yes i replied to him just today because it went to my junk folder and i gave him my addy and the local pd number and addy.now if there is somthing we can do to claim the package through the usps then i will be glad to do it but i dont know if there is anything they can do as i have never tried to file for a lost package. and as far as a refund goes that is not going to happen for quite some timebecause i live paycheck to paycheck and have about 20 dollars left over .

 

BTW If I got the stuff why am I looking for your address and going through all the trouble? I bought this E6K to help a friend out with his car that's been sitting for years. So out of curiousity why would I be responsible for something you screw up? This is a very interesting excuse so please educate me how your theory of buying should work? I'm waiting to hear from your side.

Better yet please call me at 620-719-0656 I would like to hear from you. You seem to be an ok guy but just not too bright on how shipping works. Now please tell me how can I make a claim with UPS if I have NO prove of it? You as the shipper such have a receipt from them when you shipped it.

 

I know alot of people going through the same problem as you. I really don't want to take advantage of your situation so I'm willing to work something out just call me. Once you call me I'm even going to do you a huge favor by dropping all the charges I filed.

Did you not keep the receipt from the post office?
You can also call the post office that you shipped the item from and see if it was returned.

 

I use UPS shipping and it will cover you $100, they should provide you a receipt along with a tracking # on it. Eventhough you ship the stuff to a wrong address it couldn't be lost, my neighbor knows my name(hell the whole town knows me). Try to find the UPS receipt.

Thanks. Ok this guy tried to sale the same stuff under a different name and got caught by the Doc. He is wouldn't refund my money because he's having trouble making ends meet. He replied to my email claiming that the turbo is sold.
