This looks to be a repeat for me. I got scammed by V8killer23 out of basically the same parts.

Matt g had a lot of parts for sale, among other things a 99 spec front bumper with rebar and lights, something I have been looking all over for, and tried to buy form V8killer23, but that’s another story. Also I wanted his RB dual exhaust. From the get go there where problems with pay pal, for some reason they put a hold on my payment and It took me and matt quite a while to work it out. But in the end he got his money and he promised to send me the parts straight away. He never did. I kept asking him for a tracking nr, and he told me he would send it, but never did. After 24 days or so of this I put in a dispute with pay pal, then he stopped replying to my mails. First when the dispute was escalated to a claim did he respond. He then shipped me a box and sent the tracking nr through pay pal. I got the box and lo and behold he had only sent me the RB dual exhaust. Pay pal of course closed the case, so now I'll have to try to reopen it to get my money back.

Basically stay away from this guy.

 

matt g? where is he from? Are you talking about the one in texas? I know him and really don't think he would do anything like that.

 

They have matt g and they have mattg. The one wit the space is the one who I and rol have had problems with.

Its matt g (spelled exactly like that) that has ripped me off, and now paypal refuses to reopen the case because he has sendt me a package, what kind of buyers protection is that. Buy something for 10000$ and then recive an emty box and Paypal won't do anything about it. It really isn't worth using Paypal what so ever.

i met matt g before. he does not look like a type that will scam ppl . by the way.. what parts did u buy from him?

 

some people act different in person then they do when hundreds or thousands of miles away when they know someone can come knock on their door and demand money back its gonna get a different reaction than someone PM'ing and calling them. as a buyer and seller i see this all to often and it makes doing business very hard for those of us who try to be upfront and honest. but what it all boils down to is trade for goods he has not received. he didn't adhere to the agreed upon terms thus no matter what kind of guy he may seem like in person dosnt mean he has fulfilled his part of the agreement. in conclusion.. matt g stop being an *** hat and give the guy his cash or the parts he paid for.

I will never deal with matt g again and will be very, very cautious in buying/selling goods online from/to anyone.

I'm soooo glad I didn't deal with this piece of ****! I almost sent him money for a part, but another forum member screwed me out of that part as well. I was pissed at both him and the member...but oh well. I had considered posting a Bad Guy thread on him awhile back and now I really wish I would've. Sorry guys...

 

This seller is crap! I've been trying to get an engine wiring harness from him since feb 18. I'm finally done with this. Filing a claim with paypal, so I hope to at least get my money back.

 

Think you waited too long...Paypal doesn't usually do things past 30 days.
