Ok. The debate is offically over on the non-related issues that occured at this forum.
The point has been made and that's the end of it!

Rich has stated that he is wanting to make ammends with the members of this forum that he owes money to . That is what is to be focused on from this point on.

All members that are owed money from Rich need to post openly on this thread with proof as he has stated.
I recommend that each valid claim from each member be drawn up as a legal contract that Rich agrees to repay as such stated agreement.

doc, you obviously miss the point. You were not involved in the thread last year where he promised the exact same thing--to repay everyone that he stole from. To that end, I have found people on several forums, and from places like craigslist and thepartstrader that he also screwed. Hell, in 11/03 he tried to scam me on a rotary engine that he claimed he had for sale, the same one he scammed Kevin Landers on!

In other words, we've been down this road before. And last time, even with all kinds of pressure and the thought of jail time hanging over his head, he couldnt do more than pay back a couple of people small amounts of money. This guy has broken every promise he has made. And that was already the focus. No one wanted to do anything and rich thinks he's slick enough to beat the rap. Man, in that thread from last fall he even said as much--that he was getting his probation on the stolen car charges he was facing and then that was that!

This was posted here because a ton of people have been jacked by this guy. When approached about it for help numerous times over the last three years, the most help the mods of this forum were willing to provide was to compare a couple of IP addresses. Numerous screen names, not even a ban. So, I have played by your rules for over three years and asked for help, and no one could be bothered. But richie complains because the truth is coming out, and all of a sudden a mod steps up. Forgive me for my sense of distaste in this, but with all due respect to you, that's a load and you know it.

I think it's pathetic that someone who has done this much damage is even allowed to remain on a forum. Bans nowadays are handed out on this forum like candy, and last year I was banned because of a mod's admitted misunderstanding--thats all it took! Maybe I should start ripping off the forum's members left and right too--since nothing happens to someone when they do that.

I told them whoever had receipts to prove these claims, i would refund them. I refunded a couple last year, and people threatened to kill me, vandalize property, harassed me at work and at home, so I left.

I even warned them that if they kept it up, I would bail on the deal.. And I did just that.

Someone threatened to kill me on your website. I did nothing about it, but walked away.

Thats enough to make anyone ditch any deal they had.

this isnt limited access--this kid has used a bunch of different screen names and has never had any restriction on them. In fact, the mods knew about most of the names, if not all of them, because the mods are the ones that compared IP addresses so we knew that each new name was in fact him. That was my entire point to doc--people get banned in this forum all the time for so much less, and yet scammers like this who have taken tons of money from a lot of people are left alone. Makes no sense at all. Of course, he is a self-proclaimed "changed man", even though barely seven months ago he was pulling this same exact game on the subaru WRX forum...

Rich, cut the crap. Not only did you not refund everyone that posted a receipt, but some people produced PM's from you and your FS threads where you were admitting parts were sold to certain members, and even some where you admitted that you got their payment. In those cases, no receipt is necessary--if you PM me and tell me you got my money, then you clearly got paid, so stop making ridiculous excuses. On top of that, some people did provide these receipts, and leaker was one of them in that thread. Remember when I told you that he gave it to you already? That was where he did so....in a thread here, where everyone else did. And he never got paid back either. Kevin is still waiting for the rest of what you owe him, and even when he produced receipts you still questioned him and denied that you sold him rotors as well as the engine! The same engine, it turns out, that you tried to scam me on personally...

Next, you need to learn how to read. I NEVER claimed that you scammed anyone out of money on the WRX board. But what I did do is say you TRIED TO. What, you dont remember your FS threads over there from this past March? Fine, here are the links. Pay attention to the fact that you ran three ads at the same exact time for the same exact parts, and people called BS on you for it. You then never posted there again. But it was the exact same deal you always pulled--fairly new on a forum, and all of a sudden you have all these parts to sell. Three FS threads, all started within 2 days of each other, all selling the exact same parts, and using your email address that we all know from past experience is you. This is how you have operated since the beginning....and as soon as someone called BS and got suspicious, you never posted there again, just like what you do everywhere else someone catches onto your scam.

Anyways, back to this forum. I even have a PM from you in which you stated that you calculated that you took 1900 or so from people. So, all this receipt business, while in many cases makes sense, is just an excuse in this case. Especially when other people have proven to you in other ways that you did get their money.

Finally, where did you think it was MY responsibility to do everything for you? What, you have had over a half dozen screen names on this forum alone, and because one name got banned on the celica forum you cannot go back there? Where do you get off acting like you cannot do anything until I provide you with a well-lit path? You certainly had no trouble contacting these people to jack their money!! I gave you an address, did you even try to look up a phone number? And by the way, you owe Kevin $65. You sent him $125 as a partial refund....and you took $190 from him, for the blown motor and the rotors you "forgot" you sold him. That was substantiated with receipts already last year, and you still blew him off for the rest. I still have the PM from you where you told me you sent him the $125, and he never heard from you again after that. You do the math.

That's 65 there, 500 to leaker....and nothing but excuses from you. Money orders were plenty good last year, why must you have a paypal address now? Update on my situation. Richmond, or whatever his real name is, has contacted me for a refund through paypal. I requested that he add in the paypal fee so i receive an even $500.
