I also keep trying to call USPS to see if I can get ANY information, and they say "no, you have to get it when you ship it."

I even tried bribing one of the dudes... "I'll send you $20 PP if you can tell me wtheck it is..."

:/
Your package was probley not insured then. Whenever I have shipped insured with the USPS they provide a blue ticket that lists the dollar amount and other information. It also serves as a tracking number. That ticket must also be retained as it is needed to file a claim against the insurance you took out. Do you have pms/emails where it was stated that it would be mailed priority/insured and the buyer understood that? If not it doesn't matter what you were going to or did pay drama as that is a completly different seller.

As doc said postal post is the lowest of the low rate shipping. If a truck is to full, thats the stuff that gets dumped to make room for the priority mail and better. It is also not tracked in anyway. Its kinda right there with junk mail and box stuffers.

Have you tried to speak with the seller about him stopping by the post office where he dropped it at to see if they can do anything since he has the recipet on it? Do you happen to know the condition it was in when it was mailed, I.E. oil covered, fuel smell? Its also possible especially during a certain aniversary that is going on right now that if it had any off odor or grease/oil that may have leaked through the box its off sitting in a inspector bin.

I would suggest contacting the seller and see if you can get any help on his end. If he is a stand up guy he may reimburse your payment and allow you to repay it once the package does arrive. He may also be able to visit his local office and find something out.

I appologize for the way I may have come across in earlier post but you do write a little vagly and seemed extreamly impatient when posting a bad guy post and talking about paypal claim after 3 days. That was why others like Trust had asked if you could post the emails/pms/ims between you and the seller so that others could see it was all spelled out as far as when it would ship what method it would ship with etc. If all that was spelled out and the seller agreed to it and then did not proceed that way then he could definatly fall under the bad seller catagory for that reason

Can I get your phone number for when I get it or if I have any other problems I can reach you better than here?

Thanks!
Malachi H.

1-xxx-xxx-xxxxor reach me here. As soon as the money is transfered into my account it will be sent.

thanks shawn
Cool... If you could, ship it through UPS or USPS? FedEx already screwed me over, and I really can't take the chance for it to happen again...
3-5 day shipping should be about right, yeah?

Thanks,
Malachi H.
Hey, Shawn, did the driveshaft make it out yet? It should have transfered in yesterday... it was saying it was completed on my end for 2 days now...
If it hasn't, could you please ship it through UPS so it will automatically have insurance on it?

Thanks,
Malachi H.

i took to be shipped this evening usps so it should be there in a few.

thanks shawn
Awesome! Can I get a tracking number, please? It should be on the receipt...

Thanks,
Malachi H.
Hey, can I get a shipping number at least? It doesn't feel right not getting that at all...

Thanks, Malachi.

it was sent usps but look and see if there is a shipping number or not if there ill send it to ya.

thanks shawn
Okay, I've not gotten a shipping/tracking number from you, I'm not taking the chance to get fucked over again for the part I've been after for 2 months. I don't have the time, the patience, and much less the money for this kind of ****.

Give me the tracking number for proof or give my money back NOW.

the only number i see is 1000200377942 i went to usps.com and the number doesnt tell me anything. So if i can ill try to send u a pic of the reciept.

shawn

One thing that you left yourself open for a problem was requesting him to send it to other than the listed paypal address. At that time neither him nor you were covered by paypal.

Update**
Now he knows I started a thread about him, so he's not going to refund my money... Which I think is a bunch of BS. he's bad like I originally said.
He goes the dirt cheap way of shipping, and now I'm out a car 5-8 days more than he said. I asked for 3-5 day, and now it's been 13 days, and it's STILL not here.
the part does not have a tracking number or insurance for that matter. So what should I do you guys??

I'd feel alottt safer, thanks.
Sailentshadow@gmail.com

Thanks a lot... glad to see you're finally an....

i sent u a pic of the reciept and i was lookin on there an the zip that is on the receipt is wrong but i wrote ur address on the box by hand and i am pretty sure that i put the right zip.
*sigh*
I asked for 3-5 day shipping, priority mail, UPS or USPS, prefferably UPS...

You parcel mailed it man, why? That's why I gave you $120 so it would cover that...

I'm gonna have to ask for my money back 'till the driveshaft actually gets here, because it's been 2 weeks, and it should be here, even WITH it being cheap *** 'parcel' mail-which I asked for something different...

please refund the money back to my paypal, and once the driveshaft comes, I'll PP it to you back, that's too flakey to do the cheapest way of shipping when I give you $100 for a $40 driveshaft if you were to sell it locally or someone that would pick it up...

Thanks,
Malachi H.

Yes i told u it was shipped usps and shipping was never specified so as far as getting ur money ack till it gets there aint gonna happen. May have happened if u wouldnt have started ur bitchin thread "kesner55 good bad? trustworthy or not??" that i just seen. But anyways i told i shipped and i shipped, u wanted a reciept i send u a pic. It was send to the address u pmd me.
If you read the thread. Then you should know I asked for PRIORITY mail, and THREE-FIVE day. WITH insurance. You don't even have a tracking number, so how the hell is there going to have INSURANCE? I doubt it does.
I gave you $120 to cover it all, but you didn't. You just went the cheap *** way. Now we're 2 weeks away, and the part is STILL not here.
3-5 day, Hmmm, 2 weeks, that's USPS, so that's approx. 12 days, now 13 SHIPPING days.
Now there's no denying that's fucked up. You KNOW that.
So I've been out of a car for over a week waiting for the **** I paid to have in LESS than a week.

What's MORE fucked up, is you lied to me, saying "I shipped it out this evening" And the receipt shows you shipped it out on SATURDAY, NOT Thursday!!

You're a liar and you're a scammer. If you don't refund the money for at least the shipping, which would have been approx 25 on top of the $20 you paid for, I'll file a claim and get that **** back myself, m8. Don't **** me over because you want to go the cheap, flaky snake way around ****.

Seriously. **** happens. I bought a DashHawk from one of my best friends who lives 90 miles away from me and it took 3 weeks for it to get to me. Things came up, the shipment didn't come in, out of town...whatever. 3 weeks to be shipped 90 miles with UPS, and I am one of his friends. Sometimes you just have to accept that it will take some time to get what you paid for if you're not willing to go pick it up yourself. If he scammed you, then that sucks...but from everything I've read he seems like he's doing everything right, minus the communication part...but if someone was being hostile towards me I might not want to talk to them much either.

Just wait another week...seriously.

Well from the jist of what i read, the guy should have sent it priority through usps because that was what the buyer paid extra for. Had he sent it that way as requested, the part might have been there already.

I think a new rule should be incorporated where a seller has to automatically buy insurance along with tracking #. That of course can be reflected on the price being higher for the item, covering the costs. Buyer and seller shouldn't have a choice for this as it protects both parties in the long run. And nothing should be shipped until all money is received as previously mentioned. Oh and one more thing, seller should ship **** paid for on the same day or the next day at the lastest (unless weekend), or not collect any money at all. I've seen too many threads in the past where a seller will take the money and wait several weeks before they ship the item.

By following the above, I definately think it will cut down many altercations in BG section as far as shipping goes. Scammers and item not described is a totally different story.

QFT.
-I'm waiting 'till Friday of next week, that's 4 weeks.
THAT"S IT.
He didn't ship how I asked, I paid him EXTRA to ship it how I asked, he didn't.
I asked for insurance, he didn't give it to me.
****, all this drama is mostly because he didn't ship it priority, and no tracking number, if it had a tracking number and was priority, I'd be fine without insurance, but it's not.... BS

just wait, without talking **** to him

if you said that, id be PISSED and probably tell you to hit the road.

BUT seeing as your so anxious and calling him down.
expect the part as long away as possible.
if he showed you the reciept its been shipped.

its not his fault UPS is backed up.
he did all he could do

It's taken THIS LONG for it to NOT even GET HERE.
He doesn't have insurance on it. Most likely thing that's happened, is it's been lost after they found out it was 'parcel mail' thinking 'oh the guy who shipped this is a piece of ****, anyways, who the hell priorities on stuff like this? *toss*'

I gave him $70 extra to ship that **** out, with SPECIFIC NEEDS. There's NO WAY I'm in the wrong. Not a single god damned bit. I've done everything that's a buyer can do, I pay 3-5 day shipping with insurance and a tracking number comes with that, which is a few dollars extra, haha, actually, USPS it's .75 dollars.
I pay for shipping and THEN some for gas to get there and w/e else.

And this is how he does me? **** that. He screwed me over, now I'm out of my car for 3 weeks more because his *** wants to go "THE CHEAPY, FLAKEY SNAKE BITCH WAY AROUND THINGS"

He's a horrible seller, that's it. You give him extra for the way YOU WANT IT SHIPPED, and he does it PARCEL MAIL
