So has everyone else.....use your head already! The guy took over $4K from just these two guys alone, did not provide the engines they bought, lied about when he would ship them, and has since broken off all contact with them. He was sending PMs to people trying to sell parts because he badly needed the money. And then, when he did try to refund one of them, the check bounced! This guy was banned from this forum for a reason, PD.....if you still want to buy from a guy that we all have trusted before, but now has shown himself not to be trustworthy, then by all means, go right on ahead. But do it outside of this forum, and do it at your own risk. In other words, if you choose to send him money after reading this thread, I do not want to hear about it if you get ripped off. You have no idea of the time and even the expense I incur to do what I do here, and after all of that, if you want to ignore what has been done, its all on you, jack.

Hey I want to hear about it when it happens!!! I use this stuff as real life examples and "learning" experiences for my 4 children. rx7roller02 it is NOT all going to waste! It is teaching the next generation! Even though we may not post-butt in-and make ourselves known-there are lurkers out here watching and learning......

Paypal is a dirty bitch.

I just got a email with the Subject line "Congratulations!" Then when I opened it it was a pre approval for a credit card, how lame.

Damn lol... automated marketing message, i got that too.

Money finally showed up in my account, so you know they are trying to get yours too.

I filed my claim a few days before yours and my transaction was earlier also, so they are probably just going in chronological order. There might be additional claims against his account as well from people that have no posted here.

I wouldn't exactly say things were all good before. Since 2006 I've been arguing that this guy is a douche liar with lousy business ethics who doesn't give a **** about people's time, as have quite a few others over the years. However, he has never been one to outright take people's money like that (it seems he always gave people refunds, eventually), so perhaps this behavior is a bit unexpected.

You used the terms "legit", "gig", and "wack" all in the same post. Your opinion is automatically invalid.

I literally just bought a TPS and OMP off him on the 5th of this month and already received my items. I had no idea any off this was going on at the time. I was just trying to PM him for some more parts and I couldn't. That's how I found this thread. I have never had a problem with him, ever. Sorry for you guys that have.

I finally recieved my money back Via Paypal, His bank refused to give up the money, but since paypal decided in my favor they I guess are able to pull money out even if it is not in his account, so I hope this **** stick goes deep into the negative.

So stupid to see someone that was all over this forum being praised turn into such a *******, refund or not he set me back a month and a half on my build and countless hours of stressing out about ever seeing my money again.

Now I just realized I cant buy off these forums unless its from members ive met personally or bought from in the past that I know what screw me over.

This is the 3rd and last time I am going to get burned on this forum. I have had only 1 good transaction and that is with ZEROG for a center console, I have sold my red rx7 on here and got a good transaction but that was selling not buying.

First time was for 11k...... and I ended up spending 3k to get the **** resolved. some of you may know what happend but ive kept that hush hush and am not going to bring up **** from a few years ago.

Second time was when I bought my 2nd Rx7 off the forums and got burned for 12.5k and got a rx7 with a bad turbo and a twin turbo setup and a slew of other problems..... that set me back a few more G's buying more parts for it to get it up in and running *(Special thanks to the Savannah guys for helping me get her up and running)*

The third time was not so bad it was for 70$ and I bought radios off a member and picked em up from his friend, went to install them and realized they both did not work, he refunded me the money like a gentleman but still didnt have oem radios for my car.

Just be carefull who you sling your money to on these forums. Ive been a member here for a while and Im no longer a buyer.

Thanks for the mods for acting fast and furious on this matter, I appreciate it more than you guys could know. To bad Im going to have to use this money now on other things.

Stoked you finally got your refund, but it sucks that YOU had to be the guy that Brian decided to turn on after all these years. He seemed to have a good rep.

Anyway, I promise, we're not ALL shady.

Haha good times, we ended up getting the car driving and on the road in about a month or so. But the engine had a bad coolant seal so we broke it down to rebuild it and now the car is at a body shop getting some work done.

Here is Moe being retarted as usual.
