I bought an interior carpet from this guy around August. I never got around checking the carpet because I was led to believe that carpet was in good working order.
I finally got around to check it out today since I was busy installing a new engine on my FD when I got the carpet from him.
I was disgusted by the carpet that I received from him. The carpet was lazily cut around the dashboard. I was expecting it to have the whole carpet. He never told me that he will cut around the dashboard and that i will received it as such, otherwise, I would've never agreed to it.
This guy has been ripping others off. So be aware of this guy.

While I understand your frustration, you may want to read the rules for posting about bad guys. Specifically not saying someone ripped you off in the thread title aka rule #1. One of the Mods will most likely mention this shortly.
In this situation, I'd like to suggest, that despite your frustration, that you take some personal responsibility. Please read what you wrote:
So he didn't tell you it was a cut carpet. Did you ask? If you did not you are equally at fault here.
I'd also like to mention this line:
This will be looked at poorly. What is your proof he is ripping other people off? He may very well be doing so, he may not.
Once again, I understand your frustration but most people do not take the time to remove the carpet properly and cut it. Unless you have proof via a thread or likewise showing that you asked him if the carpet was cut and he replied, "No." aka a lie, in my opinion the responsibility for this is equally divided by poor communication on both your parts.

Gringo, here's the proof he was talking about:

Which brings me to the point that its time to take me a closer look at this seller....
OK, I found the thread where you bought the carpet. What I need to know now is if you guys exchanged any PMs about the deal. Well, I dont need to know if you did, I actually need to know what was said in them. Its obvious that you guys talked outside that thread because you never would have known the price if you didnt. Please forward the PMs to me if you still have them. But as it stands right now, there's a problem because the seller has already had their threads locked. Also, regardless of what has been said so far, it is 100% the SELLER'S responsibility to accurately list the proper condition of all parts for sale. That doesnt fall on the buyer at all. if the seller doesnt list a problem with a part and there is one, the seller is to blame.

Unfortunately, I have deleted all of his PM's. He did state to me that it was in great condition. He shipped it promptly so I wasn't really worried about anything. Seems like a stand up guy if they can ship it right away.
What I actually received has torn area on the rear area and like I said, was cut around the dash. If that was his plan all along, he would've informed me as such and I would've said no. If this is a good condition in his book, then he was not raised right.
I disputed the transaction with my credit card company and hopefully it will get resolved somehow.
