My AIM, my younger brother shares my computer, If I have personal issues means that I was not able to ship the part. Hence I have the pully but I returned the money back to him. Not sure what I did wrong...I guess I must be losing my mind. Anyways I'm done with your fairy land fantsy on how "cool" you are on the "forum" I personally don't care what you or others think of me. I just bought the short shifter and after recieving it, I didn't want to go that route so I put it back up for sale....and with pictures...now how come you have to go and do this? I am not sure why you are still holding a grudge againest me...there were several options given to you at the time to resolve the sale and you opted out and didn;t want to settle....now why do i have to keep living that timeframe again and again? This is ridculious! I apologized for my patience and how I reacted in the past....why can't we be civil like how you said we could start that way.....?

Why are you stalking every move I make. You had your oppurtunity to resolve this. You chose to chalk it up. I had an extra set of turbos laying around and you said no. I told you the condition of the turbos when I traded you parts. and that they were sold as is. You took them under those assumptions.

Again how many times do I have to state this! Out of all my sales and purchases you are the only one I have had a hard time with. you do not get it, you knew what issues were with my car when I bought the car, I gave your everything up front, never hid one thing from you, and you act like I screwwed you. This is just oblivious! If you think refreshing this thread is going to make you happy then keep it up, but I am not going to return refund or even think anything about this transaction. You choose to be stubborn and you choose what I gave you, so how is that my fault. I am sorry but this crap is starting to get irritating! Please grow up! I told you I have no idea if there good or not since i got the car with a blown motor. I even had you inspect them in person, and you even seen the darn things and there was minimal to non on shaft play. i remeber the day as clear as day. I sell parts on here with the exact condition and description 120% I also state if I am unsure if they are in useable condition. Seriously how is this my fault?

I am sorry but just like you are here for business and community help etc with the RX-7's so am I, and I am a very honest and reputable seller just as you are. I am also an RX-7 enthusiast as you are. Enough is enough. All I want is for this crap to be put to rest. The only way that this is going to happen is if you agree, which obviously you won't. People go to MUCH MUCH further extremes when they are out money than just noticing a thread and bumping this one in return. You also more then likely went and tried to sell those turbos off to someone else stating they were used and in good condition. Then when the guy you sold them to, put them on and noticed an oil seal failure and smoking you then came right away back at me to blame me that I sold you a bad turbo. The funny part is, you NEVER stipulated the same items I had relayed to you when I sold you the turbos. Now that right there sir, would be compltely your fault. That is not my responsibility what so ever. You knew what you were getting into and you choose to go aginest the odds. I on the other hand, did not know what was wrong with them as I had a dead car and couldnt authorize that these were in good working order since my car was DEAD. So again think about all of this and think on how you sold those turbos onto someone else. These again all point to you not stating the truth to your buyer.

We've already moved past the part where I proved to everyone that if these turbos were in fact found to not be working, you would take them. How does that equate to "as-is"? The only reason I didn't inspect them on the spot is because I had someone waiting for me (you remember you made me wait over 3 hours) and you gave me your promise that you would stand behind these if there was an issue. It was also dark and it was snowing and I didn't really care to sit there and inspect a product that I assumed I was receiving from a seller I could trust.


The only mistake I made was trusting a liar like you!
