exhaustnoteV2 no good!! Need help from Mods(?)
Well, I tried to do this privately and with as little drama as possible, but I have gotten no response from the seller (exhuastnoteV2). So I must submit this thread…
Picking up parts to build my car and I noticed this item up for sale;

So I make an offer to the seller, and as you can see from the last post in the above thread, he accepts and marks it as “sold”. See below PMs for offer, and acceptance;

So from here I make the first payment, as “money owed” via PayPal, on September 7, 2011 in the amount of $192.00. I don’t feel comfortable linking to my PayPal account, so the below PM will have to suffice.

About a month goes by, as agreed, and I make the second payment, as “money owed” via PayPal, on October 3, 2011 in the amount of $192.00. Please see below PM.

Again, a month goes by and I make the third and final payment (minus shipping), as “money owed” via PayPal, on November 5, 2011 in the amount of $192.00. Below PM.

Now in exhuastnoteV2’s defense, I did tell him to take his time in getting it shipped out. Once he saw the final payment, he sent me an email through PayPal (that I since deleted) and asked what I wanted the invoice to say. I replied to his email with a PM. See below.

This is when all communication ceased from exhuastnoteV2 despite the following PMs that I sent him. See below.

Having received nothing from exhuastnoteV2 since about the 5th or 6th of November, I created a thread in the “Questions about Members” section. From that thread I was advised to post something in the “West Forum”. Which I did. Which got me absolutely nowhere. I was also given his personal email address (from a Vendor). Sent him an email, to which he did not reply. So, I am in turn creating this thread to try and get some closure on this.
To summarize:
Found a KS downpipe.
Offered exhuastnoteV2 full price, yet over a 3-month/3 payment plan.
exhuastnoteV2 accepted offer.
All three payments made over the 3-month period, via PayPal.
exhuastnoteV2 goes AWOL.
Nothing heard from exhuastnoteV2 in over 3 weeks.
Me frustrated and ripped off.
I plan to call PayPal to see if a dispute/claim can be made, but I fear that since it was a “money owed” transaction, they may not be able to do anything about it. Not to mention the duration of time that has passed since the first payment. I certainly don’t want to lose almost $600 dollars…
Anyway, please forgive me for all of the above links, but I was having trouble trying to figure out how to attach PMs.

Update: Was finally able to converse with him via personal email. I won't get into details or reasons as to why this happened, but he has assured me that it will be shipped this week.
I will say that he was very cordial and apologetic in his responses (to be expected). So once the pipe arrives I will update this thread accordingly.

I emailed you three times, two from the PO. I need your mailing address. It's on none of the paypal invoices you had sent.
As I stated in my e-mail. I purchased a stamp for ashburn, VA. Just need your street address. Please reply via e-mail with the info so I can send this to you.

Update: Was finally able to converse with him via personal email. I won't get into details or reasons as to why this happened, but he has assured me that it will be shipped this week.
I will say that he was very cordial and apologetic in his responses (to be expected). So once the pipe arrives I will update this thread accordingly.

Still waiting for your mailing information. My first e-mail listed my home phone and mobile phone. Please get back to me with the address via e-mail, text or phone. If you want this sent out this week it'll be a bit difficult since it's already almost the end of the day and I haven't heard back.
