D Walker aka Don Walker
I waited way too long to post this...better late than never.
I sent "D Walker" (Don Walker) from Colorado a deposit of $220 back in June 2012 to make me a custom sway bar within 2 weeks. He has given me the run around for 18 months now. In April it was supposedly ready and he was going to "test" fit it but has since stopped replying to texts, voicemails, emails, and will not answer my calls. Bottom line, he's a crook. Funny thing is he seemed legit and owns a race shop named Grid 1 Motorsport and looks likes he is or was involved in SCCA and Grand Am pro racing. Luckily it was only a couple hundred bucks and a drop in the bucket in the big picture for my build but it's the principle of it that pisses me off. Unbelievable what people do these days for a couple bucks. I'm sure it'll catch up with him sooner or later.
Looks like he hasn't logged on for quite some time, but better safe than sorry.

You need to relize you guys need to file police reports and file them right away. Why? The more that get filed the more Don moves counties and the more he gets pushed out of Colorado. IF you look he never moves the city, he moves the county. That is because I've had many police officers and investigators go to his door, his home, and his shop and saw him inside hiding out in the kitchen like the thief he is but didn't answer but his wife sure did. The police actually LOVED taking the case once they started and we had many laughs from the stories of their research and mine to get this guy in jail.
Dont waist your time, just call the cops and they will look into and see his long list of history. Its only one phone call. Have your local office calls up Adams county and Englewood CO to research him and get the files which I have 15 years to re-open and dig deeper if I feel. We will see how I feel and what money I want to waist on him as that is all itll be. He likes to file bankruptcy (I think he has filed 3 now) when you get close to taking him out like I did. Kind of like the one I had my lawyer attend while I was taking sweet vacation to speak on my behalf...........: )
I check on these threads about once a year and still see that not one person ever goes to the cops, except for me. I took him out and to plea guilty, I took him to take a probation, I spent my money to get justice on fraud ALL ON FILE and the courts made him pay monthly to get my cash back for the tranny fraud. Save your cash and go to the police, don't sure him youll waist money as his credit score has to be in the RED!
Im suprized to see hes still at it, like the low life garbage he is. Go to the news like I was going to do to put him on the map and get GRID-1 to close shop and push him out.
