This guy has driven me up a wall! I was looking for a new set of springs for the rx7. He contacted me saying he had a set of springs for sale, a set of Suspension Techniques Speed Tech. First problem was getting pics of the product, took about 2-3 days, then shipping was 2 days late. When i did recieve them i noticed immediately they were not going to fit. I did try to mount them with no success. I contacted the company they were made by and gave them all the deminsions/number of springs ect.. and they contacted me back saying they were not the same as the ones they make for the car. For the past month ive been trying to get my money back, he said he was going to take them back and i will recieve a check in a few days. Its been weeks, i havent heard from him and ive tryed email and calling him.

 

Im waiting on a check from him. Il let you guys know if he comes through.

 

first thing my camera isnt working right thats why it took time for me to take picture did i ask you for money "NO", second i ship those out the same day i receive your money order, shipping part is not my fault do i deliver them "NO" shipping company does RIGHT. third i send you a check through fedex and some one rejected is it my fault "NO" so i drop your check last night at the post office before goin home, and you never call me, so dont LIE. yeah i been in out of town so i agreed for the waiting time im not a "SCAMMER" i sold **** here before if you guys want the people name i sold stuff to ill list them and you guy can hit them up.

 

I'll restate the problems im having with amadormazdarx7:

Pics took a while to recieve, didnt know the camera didnt work, he never said why they took so long to get

Took a while to recieve, but ill say it was the shippers fault and not his

It's been 2-3 weeks to get the check, without ever hearing why it took so long. I contacted him numerous times via Private Message, trying to get this sorted out before i EVER had to write a Bad Seller Thread and it took WEEKS. I've never had to in the past, and i told him it was my last option. He finally contacted me and told me what the hold up was day before yesterday.

Conserning the actual product i bought from him, they were sapposed to be direct replacement aftermarket springs for an rx7 coupe. The product did not fit, i told him this numerous times. He replied with "they are made for an 86-92 rx7" He never offered to make it right until i bugged him for weeks. I had to contact the suspension techniques company to figure out what the problem was and how to make it right. After much research on my side, and nothing happening on his side, the spring company contacted me to let me know they are not made for my car. Even if you did buy them as 2nd generation rx7 springs, you should have checked before you ever placed them for sale.

If you decide to buy from him, i just want you to know the hassle i had to go through.

Be cautious if you buy from anyone, there are people that just dont give a damn about your problem.

Got the money order today for 120. I need to pay for shipping back to him.

 

It is my opinion that if the product does not fit what it was supposed to that the seller, as an act of good faith, pay for the return shipping. Or atleast offer to split the cost.
