Bad business "Wahootee"

Buyer beware "Wahootee".

Purchased a pair of tail lights for a 1985 Rx7 from him way back in September of this year.

When I received them in the mail they were both broken beyond repair, so we naturally agreed that it was the fault of the shipping company.

He filed a claim with them, and was sent a refund for them as they had been insured. He agreed to mail me the check when he received it.

I never heard from him again, and none of my money was ever returned.

He pocketed 135$ for the tail lights that I sent him, and then kept the 120$ shipping refund from Fed Ex.

He will not reply to messages. I was forthcoming and patient with this individual. He does not deserve any trust as a seller from this forum.

I have bought many things from him and never had an issue. He's one on the best sellers on this site. There has to be some reasonable explanation.

I brought a ton of parts from him and never had an issue. He even went to a local pick a part and got parts for me that he new I needed. I spoke to him a couple months ago, and tolde he had some health issues. He is one of the most honest people on here

Well 7 months later I still have 2 broken tail lights on the bench, no refund from Fed Ex, and no refund from the seller.

This is STILL unresolved.

Wahootee has still never come forward with an explanation or even an excuse for never sending me my payment, or at least the insured amount on the tail lights.

Ive been plenty patient with this. Do not buy anything from him unless you pick it up yourself.

According to his profile he has not logged in since Boxing Day last year.
He has been sent emails so it is not like he is not aware of the situation.
You are correct. If you paid for them you should get the insurance refund from the shipper or a full refund from the seller,so in this instance you have been Bamboozled.
I'll direct this thread to Admin for further review.
