Over 1 month ago, I purchased and paid for a set of 1993 RX7 rear bins and 1/4 panels from the seller. He was selling them in the classifieds on www.rx7club.com The items were listed at $140. I asked the seller for a shipping quote to my zip code and he quoted me $100, he also said that if it was more, he would pay the rest.

About a week after I paid him, he finally got back to me about the items. He said there was a problem and that the shipping would be $500. I told him that I cannot afford to pay that much shipping and to refund me. He responded to me saying that "thats what I thought would happen". He also admited that he hasnt sent the item or refunded me. It has now been a week since then and over 5 private messages to him with no response whatsoever or refund or item.

I have saved every single PM with this guy as proof, I also have my credit card bill showing that I paid him. I have now filled with Pay Pal and my credit card company.

It's too bad it had to go this far for $240.

Anyway, this is just a heads up to the other members to not deal with this guy, he is a lame *** scammer.

I understand that you may work long hours, but it only takes 15 seconds to answer a PM. This is the first response I have had from you in over a week. What do you expect someone to think?
