I always try to work with the seller, im more than reasonable but this is a complete joke . After a whole months of lies and total bullshit i finally decided to share my unfortunate story with TTC performance.

In march i orderred a Dual EGT box from FJO from what i thought to be in stock. About 10 days later that i havent received anything nor an email confirming my order i decided to give these guys a call... voicemail was always on so after a few times i decided to leave a voicemail explaining the situation. they called me back saying that they dont have it in stock and that they will get it from their vendor.

I already had a bad feeling about it and the reason was, "you received my order but you dont have the part in stock? Why not at least let me know that it will take a few days". Anyway. around 2 weeks later i call again and the same thing with the voicemail. they call me back that their vendor didnt have the part either so they told me that they will get it from FJO directly. Anyway, he assured me that i will have it within a few days because FJO is in the East coast.

Another week passed, no signs of a box neither a phonecall/email. So i call back and they told me that Apparently FJO couldnt identify their product with the description so they had to find a part number that it took a week.

anyway, few more days pass. still nothing

so i decided to give one more chance. I sent him an email this time instead of a phonecall to ask what was the update. he told me that it would be shipped on monday from his vendor and i should get my tracking number asap. I specifically asked for express shipping so i will receive it in a couple of days MAX.
Today is friday, no signs of the box, and didnt respond my emails.

I have been asking them to give me a call , no matter what time it was to give me an update. I needed the part yesterday! SHould i mention that they fully ignored this request? i know that something might go wrong but hell keep my posted. IM telling you i need this part ASAP


So i think it was about time to say my story and the hell with TTC performance. So unprofessional and full of bullshit. As if FJO has sooo many dual egt boxes and they couldnt identify their one
I would suggest to avoid these guys.

i waited 3 months for 99 spec lights once... true story.

they were from origin, but still...

I wouldn't bother waiting another day. I would want my money back asap!
Consistent e-mails, calls/voice mails with no worthy response back means they are either very busy or they rather ignore you for as long as possible.

^^As much as you sound like a good guy, they don't seem to give a crap. Why bother giving them more time after you been tossed around for long enough?

I have read A LOT of bad business recently just through this forum. And its getting to the point now that i just dont understand how people can screw things up so badly. It pisses me off seeing others getting F#$ked. Some people waited over 1 year for parts. I would have been cracking skulls by then.

I hope you get your part or money back QUICKLY. I must admit i am rather impatience when i order parts and the seller doesn't respond back after 1 week.

I was contacted by TTC yesterday that this unit has been discontinued for over a year now. Supposely FJO fooled them. BS. I called FJO directly to see what they were telling me was true and yes this unit has been discontinued. Anyway. he told me he would send me my money back.
a whole day passed. havent seen my money back. So i send them another email asking what s going on and finally got my money back.

TTC has been a total waste of time. with all these BS excuses i hope everyone understands that this shop is a joke.



FelixIsGod29X, while i understand your point of view i cant say i agree with you 100%. Deals go wrong and some deals are delayed for a variety of reasons. Unwanted reasons but still there. If i didnt give a **** i wouldnt be busting this guy's ***** on a regular basis looking for my part. I cared for the part, not for the money but for the whole delay it caused me. a whole month that went to waste.
