I don't believe that anyone at Sparktec has a vendor/user account here, but I wanted to share my experience with them as a potential warning to others who might be considering purchasing parts from them
On Friday Feb 11th I purchased an Energy Suspensions Hyper-Flex master kit in red for my 88 FC. I went with this company because they had the best price I could find shipped. It is now March 18th, and I just got the tracking info for the items. I've been dealing with them through emails (they never answer the phone there) over the past month trying to find out what was taking so long. They apparently do not stock a lot of the parts they have for sale on their site, and had to order from ES. They have been very slow to respond to my emails and communicate with me about the status of my order.
I had been planning to get this bushing swap done weeks ago, and now I'm not sure if I'll even have it done by the end of Spring Break. This whole experience has put me way behind schedule on getting my suspension work done and tuned.
I just wanted to post this as a warning to other users. The best price might come with some unforeseen consequences

I just felt like leaving a little update. SparkTec sent me a Fedex tracking update on Thursday, even though my receipt says UPS ground. As of today, the end of business on Monday, they have not actually handed the package over according to Fedex logistics. I'm so friggin done with this ****.
